The Three Thousand Regions are the centers of all existence, with every single one of them being large enough to encompass countless worlds.
And in the center of one of these regions stood an enourmous mountain range, with a sect on it.
Suddenly, the eyes of several beings turned towards the sect, some from the Lower Dimension, as well as some from the Upper Dimension.
What attracted these beings was the simple cry of a newborn baby.
The cry came from one of the largest peaks of the sect, from inside a certain cave abode, outside of the abode stood a young man with a rusty sword on his waist, sitting crosslegged with his eyes closed.
The moment he heard the cry of the baby, the eyes of the young man suddenly opened, as he got up from the ground and disappeared.
In only a fraction of a moment, the young man reappeared inside the room, staring at a woman, who was lying on a relatively simple crystal bed, exhausted after having just given birth.
After the woman regained her bearings, she looked toward one of her attendants, who was holding a tiny baby in her arms.
"Give her to me," mumbled the woman, exhaustion being clearly visible in the tone of her voice.
"Yes, mistress Wu Jing " replied the attendant as she carefully handed the baby over to it's mother.
As Wu Jing held the baby in her arms, a small smile appeared on her face, at the same time, a name couldn't help but appear in her mind.
"Xu Yue," mumbled Wu Jing as she gave the baby a small kiss on her forehead.
The moment the man heard Wu Jing utter that name, a small amount of surprise couldn't help but appear on his face, as he suddenly stared at the sky.
"Go to the treasury and bring back three Body Nourishing treasures," said Xu Chao as an ornate purple token with Xu written on it then appeared in the hands of one of the attendants.
Seeing this scene, Wu Jing couldn't help but hesitate for a moment before nodding and letting out a small sigh, although she did not like leaving karma, especially with sects, many years of pregnancy had managed to take their toll on her.
A few minutes later, the attendant once again entered the cave abode, now with three ornate boxes floating behind her.
The moment the attendant entered the cave abode, the three boxes around her suddenly floated towards Wu Jing, who then place them on her lap.
As she opened the boxes, Wu Jing couldn't help but let out a sigh.
'The foundation of the Peak Powers is really too deep, in regards to my situation, these are probably more effective than even Saint Rank Treasures,' thought Wu Jing as she stared at the three small pills in front of her, which were full of vitality.
A moment later, all three pills flew into Wu Jing's mouth, who then closed her eyes and began refining them.
Only a few minutes later, Wu Jing opened her eyes once, the pale look on her face having disappeared.
After that, both Wu Jing and Xu Chao couldn't help but silently stare at their little daughter.

Although all of the regions that make up the Three Thousand Regions are roughly equal in size, this does not mean that they are equal in power, far from it.
Some regions were much more powerful than others, and one perfect example of such a place was the Sword Region.
And inside of the sword region stood a behemoth, one so powerful that only three other factions, in the Three Thousand Regions dared offend them.
Of course, that excluded mysterious powers such as the Library of Heaven.
Inside of the headquarters of the Origin Sword Sect stood a large mountain, and right now, on the very peak of that mountain stood a young girl with an oversized sword on her back.
To the few who knew of her existence at this moment, the girl was known as Xu Yue.
The day after Xu Yue was born, this sword suddenly flew over from a secret location inside of the sect, and from that day on, it stayed by her side.
As Xu Yue stood on the peak of the mountain, staring at the young disciples who were training with the sword at the foot of the mountain she smiled, as from today, she would no longer merely have to watch them from a distance.
Today was the day Xu Yue could finally begin training with the sword.
Even though Xu Yue tried to look calm, she couldn't hide the excited grin on her face when she thought about beginning her training
After silently waiting for a few minutes on the mountain peak, Xu Yue finally saw a figure approaching from a distance, her father, who at this moment, had an unusually stern look on his face.
Unbeknownst to Xu Yue, at this moment, Xu Chao had to use all his willpower to appear stern in front of his daughter.
"Today we will begin your training," said Xu Chao as he looked toward Xu Yue.
"Yes, Father," said Xu Yue, as she clenched her fist, failing to hide her excitement.
"Before you start training, you need to know a few things, bust the most important thing you need to know is what cultivation actually is," said Xu Chao as she stared at her daughter.
Hearing that, Xu Yue silently nodded.
"Cultivation is the process of attaining immortality, you must remember this, Immortality is the real end goal of cultivation, and you shouldn't shoot yourself in the foot by being sidetracked by other things," said Xu Chao.
"Before attaining immortality, cultivation is divided into 9 realms, right now I will only talk about the first 5 realms, as you will learn about the others as your own cultivation grows, the first Realms are the Body Refining, Foundation Establishment, Soul Enlightenment, Qi Sensing and Qi Refinement Realms."
"As you have not started cultivating yet, we will only talk about the Body Refining realm. It is divided into 7 stages: Skin Refinement, Muscle Refinement, Bone Refinement, Organ Refinement, Blood Refinement, and Brain Refinement. These 6 realms are what most common cultivators go through."
"After Brain Refinement, you will go through another stage, Meridian Refinement, this will help strengthen your foundation and prepare you for the Qi Refinement realm," said Xu Chao.
Hearing her father's words, Xu Yue imprinted these cultivation realms into her mind.
"Most cultivators use cultivation techniques, but those that are part of our sect do not do those, if you progress in your swordsmanship, your realm will naturally rise alongside it."
"Today I shall begin teaching you the very basics of swordsmanship, the techniques of our sect are extremely broad, including many different styles of swordsmanship, and at the center of all of this stands one single technique, The Origin Sword Style."
"This technique was created by the founder of hour sect and your ancestor, Xu Jinming billions of years ago in an attempt to unify all swordsmanship techniques into one, even though this technique is quite simple and easy for beginners to practice, it is extremely profound and can completely crush the strongest Heaven Ranked techniques if cultivated to Grand Completion, whilst unlike them, not requiring any cultivation in the slightest."
"To begin practicing the sword, not only does your body need to be prepared, your mind must not falter as well, as such, we will begin with the simplest exercise possible, swinging you sword."
"Yes, father."
"Good, then begin swinging your sword with as much strength as you can."
Staring at Xu Yue, Xu Chao was quite tense, although he knew that his daughter's strength was quite great, In fact, surpassing most foundation establishment cultivators, but even so, he couldn't help but be slightly worried.
His worries then disappeared as Xu Yue began swinging her oversized sword with relative ease, allowing him to begin pointing out her errors.
At first, Xu Yue felt it was quite easy to swing the sword, but as time passed, her energy depleted, and her father became stricter and stricter, the difficulty began ramping up,
As her father began pointing out the mistakes in Xu Yue's swings, surprisingly her technique seemed to slowly morph.
Unlike normal individuals, Xu Yue seemed to be like a sponge, absorbing Xu Chao's experience and making it her own at an abnormal speed.
Of course, even though Xu Yue's body was extremely strong, after five hours of grueling training, whilst Xu Chao secretly used his aura to make things a little harder of for her, Xu Yue was still uite exhausted.
"You can stop now," said Xu Chao as he looked at his daughter with a smile on his face, causing the latter to suddenly stop.
"You can take this to recover from your fatigue," said Xu Chao as he took out a pill from a pill bottle, and giving it to Xu Yue.
After Xu Yue took the pill, all of the exhaustion which had accumulated in her body disappeared, giving her a huge amount of energy.
"Can I continue training?" asked Xu Yue as she gripped her sword.
"No, the deal I made with your mother mentioned a maximum of 5 hours of training each day."
Xu Yue felt quite sad at the thought of having to wait until tomorrow to train, but when she saw the look on her father's face, she knew that today's training was over.
After today, and for the next three years, Xu Yue began her training.
