Chapter 2 - Chapter 2 - The Reincarnation

Because of his loud cry and women's happy voices, one man with a caucasian face, a huge body and dark hair had opened the wooden door and came in. As he saw John, he became so happy. It seems he was his father. Behind him was also a little girl, who was watching him curiously.

John started looking around to see what kind of place he was born in. The walls of the House were built with mud bricks. Most of them were almost the same size, but slightly rounded on top and used some wood to strengthen the walls.

As mentioned, these guys' clothes were made from some animal skins and it was also clearly not produced by these famous clothing brands on the earth. It seems it was a cold season outside because even with these animal skin clothes, there was still a fire in the centre of the room to warm the surroundings.

So, he was born in the primordial world? Quite interesting, but other than that what? John wanted to gain some new information by the looking around, but right then the big guy who should be his father started shouting just one word:

"Ulf, Ulf, Ulf!"

Then everyone started shouting the word "Ulf", only his mother didn't have the power to do so. After that, it was clear to John that they were saying his new name.

'Ulf? bit a weird name, but whatever. It's all about cultural differences and somehow he will get used to it. It's short and easy to remember.

Rather than The name, it's harder to believe that he got reincarnated. John... or Ulf... Yeah, it's a bit hard to adapt. So, Ulf has never believed in God. he had never thought that the earth was a kind of graduation exam to be sent to hell or heaven. If there was God, who was watching what was happening on earth, but wasn't doing anything, other than making the people believe in his/her existence and praying for nothing, then he/she was anything but god. What kind of god would let his mother die, who was the kindest person for him in the world. John was watching how his only diseased family member had been dying for a few months. Whatever it is, he has gotten a new chance.

His father has finally stopped saying his name and brought Ulf to his mother. Even this word was so precious to him, so he was wondering what kind of person his 'new' mother was. When Ulf looked at her, he understood that even if she was tired and sweating, her wild and natural beauty couldn't be hidden. It seems black hair was characteristic for these people as everyone in the room has an almost identical colour.

As for already mentioned godly breasts, because of their massiveness, even this animal skin couldn't wholly hide them. After having analyzed his condition, now he can understand his weird thirstiness. Ulf was a newborn baby, so he naturally felt hungry.

It seems his new mother understood his desire and took out her gorgeous breast for Ulf. After some time he got full, but it was also quite torturous not to have weird thoughts about his mother. Finally, he successfully passed one of the hardest exams in his new life.

Everyone was watching him and most likely telling his parents words of congratulation. Soon they left and the house became a little peaceful. At last, he can calmly think about his situation and decide what to do in future and how. However, it was clear that first of all, he needs time to observe the everyday life of these people and learn their language.

Half-year later...

The development of Ulf's adaptation to the new world has gotten faster than he expected. He had learnt a bit of the language and gained really important information and some even about the unusual issue. The society of these people was based on the tribal structure. The tribe was governed by the Shaman and Village's Head - Chief. The level of culture was quite primitive. It seems they haven't started agriculture. As it was winter when Ulf was born, people wore roughly made clothes with animal skins.

For Ulf, his house wasn't really big. It had only two rooms, The one where his parents slept together with the children if it was winter. As for another room it was for the children in the warm seasons. It seems only then would the parents have time for their night pleasure. The ground was made of stones and also had wooden beds. Ulf figured out that in a village the wood was rarely used, it was kind of A luxury item. The reason was still unknown to him.

About his family - It seems Ulf wasn't his parents' only child. That curious girl, who Ulf saw behind his father when he was just a newborn, was his elder sister. She was three years older. Her name was Hilda. As for the parents, Mother was Inga and the father was Bjorn.

Even though everything was new and interesting for Reincarnated John (Ulf), the most astonishing was the one, which he wouldn't even dream about. This ancient world had - Qi or whatever you want to call it. For example, these guys call it the "godly energy". Well, it was logical. For ancient people, the matter that can't be explained by their knowledge was always connected to the gods.

Due to his little time observation, he had an idea that the whole tribe knew very little about this energy. This could be, because qi was newly produced in this world, or the tribe itself didn't bother to gain serious information about this energy. maybe both of them together.

When he was about three months old, when winter passed and one day mother had some free time, Ulf was taken by her, to roam around the village. In the village of the tribe, the typical houses had a form of a circle. The Village itself was secured by a stonewall. In the northern part was a hill, where were the comparable bigger buildings.

It seems the village was governed by the people who resided there. If there was an enemy assault, it would be easier to defend by using the hill. Ulf only had seen it a few times. In the south, there was the place where most of the people of the tribe had been living. All houses were built using mud bricks. However, they had different sizes and most of them were smaller than his house. In the whole village at most a few thousand people could be included.

The central part was for training the tribe members. There was a huge empty square, where almost all active tribe members were exercising, sparring or training. It was a place where he thought need to observe more carefully than any other spot in the village. The location, which was playing a critical role in the village power system. Where the members of the tribe showed their capability and dominance over others. Everything these interested Ulf, but his main reason was to acquire more knowledge about that so-called "godly energy". What exactly was it and how to obtain it? If it was safe to cultivate.

The training methods of the tribe members have shown him inhuman power. Ulf had seen one boy, who just stepped into his adulthood lift a huge stone, which from his point of view weighed around 400 -500 kilos (881-1102 pounds). It was very hard to measure the stone himself. Even though the boy was very muscular and well trained, must have been only a little more than 100 kilos (220 + pounds). After the lift a boy was very tired, it seemed like it was his max. However, it was more than enough to greatly astonish Ulf. From others' facial expressions it seems, this was nothing unusual. Soon he also understood why.

After that boy, a few other young ones came and lifted the stone. The last boy, who had usually black hair, a little hump nose and a bright face didn't look anything different physically from the first boy, lifted the stone, not just one time, but four times. Even others showed favouritism toward him. Soon even the girl lifted the stone two times, and should have had the same age as the boy with a hump nose.

This showdown made clear how much potential individual strength had here and the huge difference between every person. One thing was to lift this stone just one time, but four times already shows a person's dominance compared to others and how it would affect in a close combat fight. Even just with the training, these adolescents' power was already at least 2-3 times stronger than the Olympic athletes.

As for older generations, they didn't show much of their prowess. They were just teaching young boys and girls the training methods and how to use different weapons. However, as he found out, on one special day in the whole year each member can challenge anyone from the tribe.

Right now, Ulf had very little knowledge of his father's position in the village, but he realized that he wasn't just an ordinary tribe member and must also have huge power. Ulf had heard when his father was giving some instructions to others. At that time, he still didn't know their language very well so couldn't understand much of the conversation. Bjorn wasn't at home most of the time, usually, he would come home late. There were also some periods when he has been out for several days or even a week.

Because of that, Ulf had regular contact only with his mother and elder sister. The latter one liked to play or mess with her little brother. Hilda was a very energetic child. If mother was out she was the one who took care of Ulf. He knew that this little girl loved her brother.

P.S. "Ulf" is an old, Viking name and means "wolf". The names I chose are mostly from Vikings.
