He was still feeling weak from the activity yesterday. He was not as young and agile as he used to be. Walking in the bushes and under the sun placed a toll on his body.
However, he knew it was not the time to play sick today. He had many things to do and little time to accomplish them. He moved out of his room, wondering if any of the kids were awake.
He could only hope that his grandson had finally realized what he wanted in his life because his time was running out. Nevertheless, he could not meddle in that affair but could only do what he could to fix what he could.
"Wesley," Count Julius called to his assistant, knowing he would need his help. "Where is Arnold?" He asked, not seeing him waiting for him.
"He is arranging your breakfast, Sir," Wesley answered as he assisted him in his morning routine. "Should I call for him?"
