She considered the dinner as both fantastic and a disaster. She guessed it depended on how she looked at it. But overall, she believed she enjoyed the rest of her meal, at least the part where she had a stimulating conversation with the King and the Count.
She could still feel her heart pounding wildly inside her chest at the memory of dining with the King. She had only dreamed about this when she was a child. Now, it had finally come true.
She believed most girls had fantasized about living in a castle and having a King as a father. She even remembered her Uncle Evan putting a tiara on her head, making her feel like an actual princess.
"You will forever be our little Princess. Always remember that." He would whisper in her ears.
