Meanwhile, far away in another continent, inside a huge headquarter, along a wide clear passage with crave pillars, standing aside, holding the roof and the earth and a golden glowing roof enchanted by the glow of the moon ran above the heads.
One side of the hall had a legendary weapon model and floating liquids after each set of arms.
The other side had great window glass, as clear as crystal as though nothing was available.
This passage was dead silent when heel hitting in every step began to each the path.
A lady dressed in Victorian dress, tired up her hairs in bun, over her shoulder feel a long cape covering her whole outfit.
Wading her heels in the silent hall, under the mid-night sky, where the full moonlight was her only track into the hall.
This lady held a document firmly under her gloves right hand as she hurried to the end of the hall.
She was in rage, shivering in fume of frustration, whispering one sentences numerally in her red lips,
"I can't believe it. I can't believe it. I can't believe!"
This quarter was the main sector of the 'BLACK WING ARMY'.
Here was where mission starts and where the task ends.
Here was where peace treaties were signed and here was where chaos for the world was assigned.
The 'BLACK WING ARMY' was known as the great government in the entire continent.
As her wading went on, by the end of the long passage, there was a large heavy door with the title bar:
'GENERAL'S OFFICE' printed on it.
Once, this lady arrived in front of it. She dusted her dress, set her cape well.
Not to mention, she swallowed her throat, rubbed off her sweats as though, she was a newbie about to enter an extreme level dungeon of a dragon boss.
However, this lad was way too expert to be said that. She was brave and talented in skills however, one thing that feared her was entering this office room.
She released her breathe thrice, lose her shoulders, tighten her fist as though she was about to fight with the door but all she was doing, knock thrice.
A strong dull voice of a male replied, "Come in."
That voice almost gave a heart attack. She was about to faint by fear but, then she held herself, standing back on her feet.
She released a deep breath and entered.
Inside the room, there was an empty office. One long table at the center which was all empty, a chair where a military uniform man, dressed in the most stylish way was seated with his legs folded on the table.
His outfit was resembling him as the top ranked General
Behind him was a colossal marine wall, displaying a dragon fish, enjoying its swim.
The General, at this moment was reading a bundle of paper which when done he would throw it over the table.
There was another man presented in the office. He was dressed in pale suit, as he was standing with some papers on his palm. He would pick them up and arrange it among his bundle.
He gazed back and asked, "why are you here, Cosmo?"
"I have come with a news," replied the Lady in a serious voice taking out the file. She placed it on the table reporting, "receiving special report from my mission, Sir."
The head officer was still busy reading some papers while leaning on his chair, "Go ahead," he ordered without looking up.
"Am.." she opened her mouth but then hesitated clearing her throat.
The man at the side wearing a pale suit noticed something was amiss. Not just wrong but, ended up as a failure.
This officer, in front of them was known as the most dangerous, strict and cruel general in the entire country.
He won't hesitate to kill, he won't retire a dead war and he won't give a second thought when launching missiles.
When he would take part in any battles, he wouldn't give up unless the other side had perished or received a big lose on their side.
He would never falter even when his side is on the losing end or the outcome of the battle is already clear.
No matter the cost, till the end he would strive to win even if he would be the last one standing and all hopes are lost.
The general wouldn't let go and would carve to come out victorious.
Several wars and battles were won by his fist of iron.
In his country, he is known as the bravest man and many civilians of it hold pride and great respect for him.
He is given multiple names by his people or the enemy ones because he is always the toughest one to deal with.
If he is found inside an army camp by the enemy side, they would announce their defeat and rush away from the battle before it even starts.
They knew that once he is there on the ground there is no chance for them.
There was a scar on his cheek that proved his wildness and ferociousness on the battle ground but, for him it was a mark of honor.
On the bright side, he had so much patience when waiting for details.
Even to the shortest brief or to a lengthy detail, he wouldn't ever interrupt.
What the worst part: he hated failure.
And here the Lady had it for him.
"Sir, the hidden mission we sent our top units to accomplish. I mean to the other continent in secret boats," said the Lady, when the general gazed up at her with his fierce and burning yellow eyes like an eagle who is hungry for its prey.
The Lady began to fear yet, she kept her guts and continued, "it has been reported as failure..." she said the last word in a low voice barely above a whisper.
But, regardless of her effort not letting him hear her last word he heard it. His keen hearing picked up on every single word and the motive behind it.
"WHAT?!" thundered the monstrous man pouncing off his seat "what is this nonsense? I HATE JOKES! I HATE FAILURES! Explain yourself!" and there her words had hit a spot.
