Chapter 33 - Argument on the table.

"ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE ONE?!" asked the brown lace boy in surprise.

"Yes. That's what I learned," answered Eden looking up at him.

All eyes were glued to him. He scandalized all, swirling at his sides, and asked, "Did I just say a haunted story that you all are popping your eyes on me?"

"NO!" roared all at him, making Eden cover his ears.

"Then…" asked the boy opening his ears, "what's wrong with you all?"

"Are you sure?" asked Layzen repeating the same question.

"Yes," he argued "then what evidence you all..." suddenly, he paused remembering his Main questline.

"Wait, this what the Main questline was pointing at." he said inwards scandalized, "I have to confirm myself my bloodline. But did it mean this entire hall?"

He peeped his sight at the millions of crowd seated around him, "but, then how…?"

This dropped him to silence.

All were watching him when Aldray asked politely, "How come you are alive, Magus?"

"Sorry?" veered the boy at him when the yellow lace boy explained,

"Don't you know? The entire Bloodline of Magus has been eradicated and there is no one to live up-to-date. Then how can you call yourself a Magus?"

"Well, I learned it in my waking. I am a blooded Magus" replied Eden remarking his thirteenth birthday, "also the silvers knew this matter much better than me."

"YOU MET THE SILVERS?" asked an orange lace bow.

"Yes, I did." nodded the Magus, "Why is there a pro…."

Suddenly, Layzen shut his mouth, with his gloves locking his voice, "Do not speak this loud."

"mmmm?" murmured Eden looking at him in puzzlement when another boy in violet lace pointed behind Layzen saying, "Look there…"

He turned back and saw a youth, quite elder than Eden, wearing a lace of silver, sitting with a smile as he spoke with his company.

"That is from the Silver family." marked the boy.

"MM!" exclaimed the boy, pulling out himself from the Vampire's grip and asking,

"Wait, aren't there Three brothers?"

"No, there are not three but, six brothers with the silver." explained a boy in purple lace,

"More commonly only the three appear in the frontline cause the other three are too young to step into the stage. Look at that one…"

He aimed at the one at the next table who was in silver lace, "He's still in higher grade which means the others are small.

Deceptively, it is said that this family has two mothers due to which the first three don't hand along the others."

Everyone at the table was amazed to hear the story behind the family except for the boy in red lace.

He felt relief on one fact.

"Good thing only three were presented on my case." he said inwards, "Who knows what would have happened if all six ghosts were around me." He sighed.

An Elf spoke up,

"However, this isn't our topic, our main concept is whether you are r Magus or you just pick up a fraud trick on the school."

"HUH?! WAIT A MINUTE!" contended Eden standing on his statement, "I didn't lie to anyone! None did I use a trick. I am Magus, pure-blooded one that's all in my side."

"Is there any proof for this?" recalled the Elf, "You may have a mark of a legendary Magus or a crest that approvals you from being a Magus bloodline?

Not to mention, you don't even have those pointed ears or those pale skins to show you are one.

You are similar to a normal human. So how can you tell the truth?"

This dumbfounded Eden as he pointed out, "Are you trying to pick up an argument with me?" he questioned in rage.

All the other boys were watching this when the orange lace boy added,

"Calm down boys. We are seated among millions of students. It's our first time getting along. Cheer up, Lads. Remember if any quarreling could raise accidents."

"I am not the one who started it. He did!" spoke up the Elf for his right adding that he is lying to the whole table.

"But, when he introduced himself as one of Magus then why are you trying to criticize him?" asked Audrey the wizard.

The Elf turned to him explaining, "Keep in mind that there are people who fake their identity and success in entering this school.

I heard a lot of cases similar to the tricks of this boy in different places. Perhaps, one must have attended here too."

"That can't be true…" interrupted the vampire Layzen, "here the security measures are outstanding, how can this boy be a fraud?"

"Then allow me to ask you this, did this boy get to receive any invitation?" shot the Elf a question at Eden.

"Invitation?" scandalized Eden when all the other boys on the table swirled their heads at him.

This was the point where he got cornered.

Eden didn't receive any letters then why was he here?

He was brought here by someone he didn't know but, who would believe that?

The boy got lost in his answer.

He felt like an intruder who has stepped into territory like a terrorist.

Everyone was staring at him, waiting for an answer when the Elf smirked replying,

"You don't have an invitation. Dirty blooded man."

"WHAT?!" shocked the boy when the boy in yellow lace asked in confusion,

"Wait? Why do you call him that?"

"It's obvious." shrugged the Elf replying, "In my clan, if anyone does dirty work, we call them dirty blooded men by cursing their blood with dirt.

It's similar to that. He faked himself as a Magus so his blood has turned dirty because of making wrong blooding. It's a curse from me. And this suits him."

"WHY YOU!!" raged Eden as he was about to pounce over the table, launching straight at him when suddenly the two myths beside him, Audrey and Layzen immediately grabbed him back on his seat by his arms, calling him aloud,

"Hold yourself! It's enough!"

In the meantime, a servant behind gazed at them, sensing something was wrong. He questioned,

"HEY! What's wrong?"

"Nothing, sir" replied the wizard with a gentle smile at him and turned straight acting as though everything was normal.

"You need to get a hold of yourself, Eden. This is risky." whispered the Vampire.

"Yeah, if any conflicts start then many would die. On top of it, you will be blamed for it." added the wizard.

Eden began to burn up in the age of fire by the name given to him.

He glared at that Elf, whose olive lace holder was smiling at him.

Unfortunately, during this sensitive conversation, the round table twisted against him.

", Yeah he is right. What a muddler."

"HUH?" shocked the three as he added,

"It does makes sense what our friend the Elf just mentioned. This is crystal clear. This boy is just lying about himself to be a Magus. All OTHER Magus is dead.

How can there be alive?"

This shocked Eden out of his skin.

Before he could defend himself the votes rapidly increased.

"Exactly!" agreed on the boy in yellow lace, "just for fame and followers he made up his bloodline. In reality, he must be garbage that appeared from junk."

"HAHAHHAHAHHA!!!!" suddenly a laugh burst on him.

Audrey protested, "That's rude of you all. This is the first time he had ever appeared on the table and you all are making fun of him! This is irresponsible. It's un-respected!"

"Why do you care?" asked the Elf, "Don't you feel burdened in supporting a dirty blood like him?"

"No, I don't!" replied the wizard, trying his best in defending his zone, "I am a burden holder but I don't feel it even if I have to pick up a boulder.

I pick up the responsibility. Unlike you who created a fight on the dinner table."

When hearing this, some giggled at the Elf while others glared at the wizard.

On the other hand, the Elf knew how to pick up his phrase. He wasn't that easy to shut his lips none was he that respectful to show humbleness to others.

"So, what if I say you would have to pick up a heavy burden of an orphan?"

"ORPHAN!" clenched the wizard his teeth when the Elf teased Eden again, marking him to be dirty orphan blood.

"Eden…..." he gazed at the so-called Magus who was earnest in his mood. He answered,

"Yes, my friend. I don't have any parents. I lost them. No clue where they are or how they look."

"SEE!! HAHAHA!!!" all the boys laughed again when one added,

"His parents also left him. There also couldn't believe his bloodline due to that they abandoned. himHOW DUMMIES!"

Suddenly, Eden stamped on the table silencing all the laughers,

"You wish to insult my bloodline. So be it cause, I will prove my supreme above your head, however..." hefirmsm his fist thundering,

Don't you all dare to INSULT MY PARENTS!!!" he roared loud like a trumpet, converting the whole hall into dead silence, winning over his echoes.

Every individual veered towards that table.

Including the maids, servants plus, the main Butler, all were staring at that spot.

This finally, shut the Elf's mouth. Not just by the roar of Eden but, by the stares of the crowds.

"Tsk…..." clenched the Elf his teeth when the wizard and the Vampire smiled.

Suddenly, an announcement was heard,

"EVERYONE ATTENTION!!

THE GREAT LORD ANGUS HAS ARRIVED! EVERYONE PAY YOUR RESPECT TO HIM!!"
