Chapter 29 - Phobia from knights

In the past, when the Emperor was enchained in ten alter, in front of the crowds of his land, that medieval knight stood in front of him, covered in silver armor, holding his long medieval sword and stuck his blade on his chest mercilessly, opening a deep scar till his flesh.

Yet, the Emperor didn't scream or cry in pain but waited. He waited for it.

Those pain and sufferings shook his body once Eden locker of 13 years, saw that knight.

The agony of getting struck deep into the flesh, the aches and blow receiving them to the death, those fear revived back once he got his glimpse of the man.

On the other hand, the knight was perplexed about why was the kid afraid of him but, there was no clue to him what Eden had been through.

The boy wasn't brave enough in dealing with his past fear. He got a phobia of knights.

Both the nurse and the knight tried to calm his tears, pacing forwards as the knight asked,

"Boy, what's wrong?"

"NO!" yelled Eden out of his throat as he weaved his right hand at him to get away.

"Hey, it's alright." the knight tried to calm him down,

"It's going be okay. I am not harmful none will I ever hurt you. Please pull yourself together, Calm down."

"GET AWAY!!" shouted the boy as loud as his voice could surge out of his chest, "NO! DON'T COME CLOSER TO ME!!! GO AWAY!! GOOO!!" all grew petrified, viewing tears floating down hos checks while he was glued to the door.

Other nurses soon caught up, checking out what was wrong.

They heard the roar and rushed to check out.

Everyone realized that the boy was horrified by the knight who stood in front of him.

They all knew that it was the first time both has ever seen each other but, then what made the boy fearsome?

They all just watched in silence, immediately, a male teacher rushed up and scanned the situation,

"EVERYONE BACK OFF!" he ordered especially to the knight who was instructed to leave the field at once.

That knight was puzzled but, he was an obedient one.

He bowed like a loyal knight, obeying the command, and exited the floor.

The teacher in a green suit as his coat was long till his knees, he wore a white band over his left shoulder to his waist, that marked a grey crest, approached the petrified kid.

With the palm of his glove, he stretched them, resting on the boy's shoulders.

Eden gazed up at him as the teacher sat down on his one knees and spoke,

"It's an alright kid. It was nothing to be afraid of. Everything is going to be alright. He's gone. You are safe now."

"I...I" the boy couldn't explain a word to him.

He was petrified by the nightmare of the past.

The teacher smiled as he rested his right palm on his head.

This sends a cold breeze within him surprising the victim in feeling his pump returning to normal.

"There you are," said the teacher stroking his head, "you are alright. Tell me what happened?"

"I…. don't…. know" replied the boy.

The relief the man gave Eden made him feel like to fell immediately into tears after the terrible shock but, everyone around him was a stranger.

Being a baby would only insult him.

Hence, he held back his tears and answered, "I just got terrified by the glimpse of the knight. My chest ached severely once I saw him."

"That might be a phobia, my boy." said the teacher in a green suit, "something must have happened in your childhood with a knight. That can be the only explanation."

The boy hung his head sadden about his condition. He said inwards,

"Not childhood but, somewhere in the future. If only I could tell."

If only he could speak his truth but, there was no one to believe him.

As he stood idol in front of the door, his hat was placed on his head. He looked up at the smiling teacher who suggested he keep his hat on.

"Your pride will lay on it." was his advice. This scandalized Eden.

"I was nearby when I heard your screams and cry." Said the teacher to the boy, comforting him from puzzlement at how he got there immediately.

He was a teacher and could see what would confuse a student.

As not to make Eden feel like a stranger, the teacher told him that after he heard the roar, he was confused about exactly what was happening in the first building of the hospital.

That's when a nurse came out running to him, worried about the situation inside. She told him that a boy started screaming from a knight.

"A boy means a student. That's what made me rush into you." Said the teacher happing the boy's back, "so, do not worry. Everything will be alright."

Eden nodded.

The teacher turned to all announcing, "The situation is normal. Everyone heads to the grand hall. We will meet up there." He gazed down at the boy adding to call up a goblin.

It will lead the boy to the student hall.
