Gina kept her distance as she observed Zeryon's back from afar. Her hands were clenched tightly around the hydrangea stem as she held the bouquet. To be free of her guilt, she had a strong desire to clear the air with the man with the dark eyes. Consequently, Gina approached Zeryon without giving it much thought.
"Excuse me, but would you mind if I talked to you?" Gina asked.
The look on Zeryon's face conveyed surprise, and he peered at Gina with an uncomfortable expression. After that, he looked first at Lady Marquisa and then at Gina in succession.
"Hello there, I feel like I've seen you somewhere before. You participated in the audition, and you were given the ticket to the next round, right?" Before Zeryon could respond to Gina's query, Lady Marquisa spoke forward and disrupted the conversation.
Gina responded by saying, "Yeah, I'm Gina Blitz, and I was performing on this stage a week ago."
