"You knew about the Puerto Rico vacation?" Detective Glene asked Caitlyn. He had heard Caitlyn when she talked about Richard using the vacation as a cover-up for his drug-selling business.
"Yes, we once discussed that a few weeks ago," Caitlyn said and he nodded. They stayed silent as each continued to eat the food they had ordered.
"What do you plan to do now?" Detective Glene asked. That was something he had never asked any of his clients. Normally, he would have told the client any extra expenses incurred during the investigation and he would get his full payment and leave immediately. They could do whatever they wanted to do with the information he gave them, but Caitlyn was different.
"He knows about it," Caitlyn said and sniffed. She wiped her eyes with the handkerchief Detective Glene gave her.
"What are you talking about?" Detective Glene asked.
