Her eyes searched the crowd for a particular person. As much as she wasn't talking to him she knew he was the cause behind all this. Freya nudged her with her elbow.
"He is over there" she hushed and Audra rolled her eyes at the suspicious glance in her friend's eyes before following her line of sight to find Nicole standing at the end of it all discussing something with two more men one was probably from the fire kingdom and one from the winter kingdom the color of their armor once again an indication. She didn't see their faces, their backs to her. But she wasn't even looking at them. She was looking at Nicole. Something has changed.
This time he didn't look up. He didn't share a smile with her. He didn't look completely engrossed in the conversation. He was simply avoiding her and Audra could sense it. A small voice in her head spoke 'you started it' three words and a pang of guilt small but existing turned her heart.
