Alan and Eleanor who had rekindled their relationship, walked downstairs holding their hands together and a big smile on their faces.
The family already sat around the table as they approached the dining hall.
Eleanor shyly watched them as smiles erupted on their lips, reaching to their eyes.
"Your punishment started yesterday but it seems you all disobeyed! Do you want me to extend the time?" Alan spoke, wiping the smiles off their faces.
They both found their seats and settled in them.
"Your wife isn't reminding you of all the hurtful things you did to her. She's such an Angel. She forgave you and seemed to have forgotten about it all. Can't you also forgive us?" Daniel mentioned and Alan raised an eyebrow at him.
"Alan, welcome back," Diana spoke, and a look of pure delight washed over her face, causing her to break into a wide smile.
