The next day, Alan came to work, as usual, feeling happy and excited to see his mate but Eleanor only glared at him, her eyes shooting hot arrows at him. His heart sank. What did he do again? Could they take a break from the fights?
"Why that look?" He questioned since he knew he did not do anything to earn him a deadly stare from her.
"Did I say anything? It is your conscience that is eating you up," now, his patience was running out, so he raised his eyebrow, challenging her to go straight to the point. Eleanor must've caught on and decided to accuse him.
"You bringing Lolly here must be satisfying enough, isn't it? Why must you offer her a job here? So you both can do whatever you want after every three minutes, right?" Eleanor was angry, even angrier than she was when she saw Lolly naked in front of him.
It took Alan more than forty seconds to understand what she was driving at.
