"She's awake, go and tell the Alpha," a tiny voice screamed when she was awake; the voice sounded so near. Yet, Eleanor couldn't see him, not even his eyeballs.
At that minute, everything came flashing into her mind. A sudden rush of ache filled her head and body.
'No, not today, not today!' Eleanor kept chanting in her head. Her body was sore, and she could use a hot shower.
"They'll be here in a minute," another voice confirmed.
With a click, the lights came on, and oh! It felt nice to know there were lights in the room she got kept. She squeezed her eyes to adjust to the light.
She couldn't even tell when it was morning or evening, and she did not even have the luxury to ask. She was only hoping her sister and their dog were okay. She was fending and taking care of her little sister, who was seventeen. Eleanor was twenty-one.

Simon panicked a little when he went into the cell. The sight In front of him wasn't what he had planned when they brought her to their pack.
Immediately he mind-linked everyone to meet him outside. Once they were all outside, Simon's palms came into contact with the man closer to him.
The slap sounded louder than a drum, and the receiver went dumb for a few seconds.
"Do you know who she is?" Simon could barely catch his breath. He was more than angry as he clenched his teeth painfully against his cheeks.
He was also trying his possible best to put Luis, his wolf, under control.
The others bowed their heads in shame as they were conflicted about what they were supposed to do.
"That is Alan's mate, and pray he doesn't come to meet her like that, or else you all would have to face him and his wolf!" Simon continued to roar at them.
Unfortunately for them, Alan graced them with his presence. Alan had felt their heart skip a beat. He expected that from them because he had warned them not to put her in a cell or treat her like a criminal.
Even though he knew that was his mate, he could not claim her because she could be the reason their mum got kidnapped. Claiming her would mean betrayal to himself and his pack.
When one member, Anthony, tried to prevent him from entering, Alan slapped his hand away. His eyes flashed dark brown, which caused him to move aside. He knew that was Scott, his wolf.
"Release her," his deep voice commanded as he entered the room. He went on to fold his arms on his chest.
Three other men joined him as some men unchained her hands. She tried getting up, and her hands fell on the table. Her ankles were numb as she cursed and tried to balance her stance.
Then again, Alan asked the famous question, "Where is our mother?" All the men, including Simon and his brothers, looked at him, confused and still frightened.
They assumed he'd carry her into his room and then punish everyone, even his brothers.
Eleanor couldn't take it anymore as those who had come before interrogated her with the same question every time, and she had no idea what they were asking her.
That only frustrated her the more. Her thoughts drifted mostly to her sister; what she could be doing, what she would be thinking considering that her elder sister hadn't been home, if she had already eaten. And all the things a 'sister turned your mother' would ask herself when she couldn't go home because of work.
"Really? Maybe if you guys ask me the same question in different languages, I'd understand and give you the answers you men want to hear," she was weak; even so, she needed to say that.
"Where did they take our mother? Tell me," Alan enquired once more while his hands sat on his hips.
His voice was calm, but Eleanor knew he was anything but that. His eyes told her he was losing his patience and was controlling himself from doing anything that could harm her.
He, in return, pulled his hair and let out a heavy sigh. He turned his back to face the young girl they had brought. She could hear him murmur even though Eleanor did not overhear what he was saying.
Or it was just in her head. These men could care less. Speaking of the men- the two looked like the ones… 'arhn those two were among the six men,' she thought as a frown drew on her face.
"I could easily break your bones this second or send our wolves to eat you alive. Don't play with us, young lady, and tell us where they took our mother!" another man, looking exactly like the one who spoke first, warned with his jaw painfully clenching and hands raised as if struggling to control himself.
They both certainly looked alike- even so, the first man sounded and looked calmer than the other. That was the least of her problems. Wasn't it?
"I don't know. I have told you, and I'm going to tell you again, I - don't- know!" She equally shouted with the strength she had left. If they thought they could intimidate her, they got another thing coming.
"My boss asked us to entertain you guys with our dance, and we did. So please let me go! I have my sister and Jamie waiting for me. Without me..."
"Who the hell is Jamie?" The sudden growl from the first man droned in her ears, making her wonder why he got angrier all of a sudden.
His eyes changed color- the hazel got covered by a very dark brown color.
Eleanor saw the shift and thought it was one of the most beautiful things she had ever seen.
