Alan had ended the meeting by telling the woman that if her presentation made sense to him, he would do something about it.
When Andrew shot an angry look at Alan, he appeared unfazed, but then he mind-linked to his younger brother that he was only doing it for familiarity's sake.
He was not going to let anything Andrew was not interested in, happen.
But already, the woman and her supporters were enraged.
Why did Alan sell those shares to them if he knew he wasn't going to listen to their opinions? Why did he accept it at all when they wanted to start the meeting earlier than usual?
That was why he suggested they give a presentation to avoid being attacked.
