Alan's brow furrowed in perplexity, and she leaned over and jutted out her chin three times, indicating he looked over at Eleanor, "Does she look happy to you?"
He turned to give her a proper look, and her hard glare sent his chest sinking into his stomach. His mouth dried up, and a large lump formed in his throat.
