Scarlet and Eleanor couldn't wait until morning to start packing. They both turned on the bed until they decided to start moving, just like her first day at work.
"3:24 am? That wouldn't be a bad thing. At least no one will notice us leaving," Eleanor said as they both took their clothes off the line tied in their rooms.
Scarlet's laughter cut through the silence, "Haha! Everyone is most likely awake. We don't get that much sleep in this neighborhood."
"I know, every time I get home from work, I run into people outside." Her face was knitted as if she was wondering. No matter how long they had lived there, she still didn't understand why most of the people preferred outside.
"It's as if we have a second home on the side of the road. Let's get started. We need to contact Alfredo. He's bringing his pick-up," she announced, quickly picking up the phone to call him.
