"What do you mean?!" I roared in Grayson's face, my body trembling uncontrollably as he tried to hold me but I didn't let him.
"Emma calm down"
"What are you talking about? What are you saying?"
"Emma please" he begged but I wasn't hearing it. I shook my head refusing to believe.
"You're wrong, Luther must have lied to you! How can you trust him, did you know what he did to me? He fucking bit me and tried to take me away!"
"I know that! Okay? I know!"
"Then why do you trust him?!"
"I don't trust him Emma… I just" he raked his hand through his hair in frustration. "Look… you know that nurse we saw when we reconnected in that hospital?"
