This suddenly became the biggest decision I have ever made or the worst, the walk to this place felt like there was pressure in my legs, weighing me down and keeping me from moving forward. But I just selfishly tried to tell myself that I had to do this.
My thoughts crashed when I descended the stairs and a mixed pair of eyes fell on me, the heat in the room resembled that of being close to an active volcano, except no lava or possible flames, at least that was what I told myself, because Dace looked like he would set me on fire with just one look.
