"Poor deer," I murmured. Feeling sorry for it, It wandered where it shouldn't and got himself killed.
"Yes poor deer, but wild lions need to hunt to survive"
I faced him, his eyes were back on the video and it was almost unreadable, there was so much intensity as he watched the scene.
"The same goes for the prey too, they have to eat in order to survive and take risks if need be" his orbs were back to me. "A cycle of the food chain"
I nodded in understanding, but his words seemed deeper than just lecturing me, I quickly looked away, setting my eyes back on the screen. The scene was changed to a lioness laying on the ground all by herself, as the male lion slowly walked towards her. He gave a deep low growl, and the lioness yawned.
