I gently shut the door behind me and leaned against it in deep thoughts, I felt hurt and sad for them, what Emilia told me really sink in, I couldn't bear to watch her in pain like this, it shouldn't have to be this way... I walked back to Dace's room looking for him but I couldn't see him, was he still in the kitchen? I was about to go down to it when I heard a click from the bathroom, so I automatically walked to it.
"Hey," I said the moment I laid my eyes on him, seeing his features through the mirror as he shaved, the white cream covering his cheekbones and jaws as he run the blade through it swiftly. His eyes connected to mine through the mirror until he spoke.
