A laugh escaped my mouth when Yass walked out of the dressing room with the little girl. The dress the little girl was putting on was way bigger than her. She looked so little in it but I can't deny the dress is so eye-catchy. A bright baby pink with laced hands plus the tiny flowery embroidery design dotted around the dress.
"Yeah, you can laugh," Yass said. Running her eyes over the little shy girl. A plain look is what we got from her. "This dress is so nice, too awful it doesn't fit her. I wished it did."
"There are tons of dresses here. I know there are beautiful ones around." I scan the rows of baby dresses. Looking for one more suitable for her age. My fingers shuffled through the rack of clothes till it stopped on short-sleeved hands white dotted dress. A smile displayed on my face as I pull it out of the rack. It is plain but beautiful. I place the dress on the little girl to check if it was her size.
"Perfect." I smiled.
