Today, Keisler is in their shop counter like every other day and safekeeping their store.

Keisler sat up and face towards the door of store and saw Ms. Sarah - a regular. "Hello Ms. Sarah! What can I help you with?," he said cheerfully.
"Cheerful as always, I need the usual," she replied while looking around the store.
Keisler pulled out a plastic with 5 stalks of Flower Vines from under the counter and gave it to her and after that took a silver coin from her.

After she left, he served at least 10 more customers before closing the shop at 7:00 pm and going upstairs. The moment he stepped on the last step he smelled a very fragrant scent which made him ran to kitchen hurriedly.
When he reached the kitchen, he saw his father cooking their dinner while skillfully controlling the intensity of the fire in the stove. His mother on the other hand who is also in the kitchen is watering her babies *rolls eyes*.
"Dad how long will that take to be fully cooked? I'm hungry," he said impatiently, while walking towards the table.
"Just wait a minute more." - Dad
"How's your day?" - Mom
"It's fine, nothing special really." - Keisler
They engaged in idle talk while waiting for the food to be cooked. After a minute, they set the table and started eating.
"Dad, I turned 10 a week ago, when will you teach me how to meditate?" - Keisler
When Gary heard that, he paused eating and looked at him, "We are not the ones that will teach you, we're sending you to school a month from now".
"What? Why? I thought I'll only go when I'm 16?" - Keisler
"We've got the money now, we can send you to school, we want you to go earlier, because we thought that it's a waste for your talent to only attend school after you become 16." - Mom
"But-" - Keisler
"No buts Kai, you are going to school," Gary firmly said.

"*sigh* okaay, what school will I enroll in? How far is it?" - Keisler
"Sanar Healer School, just an hour away from here if you take a bus sweetie," - Mom
"The school is for students who aspire to be a doctor or beast tamers specialized in healing, you want to be a doctor right? They also have a breeding base there full of beasts with healing specialization and they allow their students to pick and tame one of their beasts, so don't waste this opportunity and learn a lot from there okay?" - Dad
Keisler's eyes sparkled when he heard that he can have his own familiar if he will go at the school, unlike earlier he is now full of enthusiasm of going to school. "Really?! Then I'll go!!".
The couple smiled fondly when they saw their son being so cheerful and happy.
"One more thing Kai," while still celebrating, he heard his father's voice again but this time the voice sounded so solemn and because of it he became so nervous.
'Did he find out I bought more chocolate? but I hid it in the back of the fridge!' he is now sweating because of nervousness.
Gary looked at the changes of emotion in Kai's face and seeing him sweating because of nervousness made him suddenly burst out laughing, which confused Kai even more. Then suddenly a hand slapped Gary's back which made him cough.
"What are you doing?" Karen menacingly said, which made Gary cough even more.
"Sorry, sorry," Gary composed himself and when he's satisfied of his appearance he suddenly said excitedly. "Kai you're gonna be a big brother!"
Kai who was still confused suddenly became stunned when he heard it and when he processed what he heard, he too shouted excitedly. "Yay! Am I gonna have a younger sister? or younger brother? I want a younger sister! I will protect her! By the way where is my sister? Where are you hiding her?"
The couple were overjoyed by his reaction, but when they heard his last two questions they burst out laughing.
"Hahaha! Kai the baby is still in your mommy's tummy" - Dad
"Mom ate her?!" Kai said, shocked.
"Pfft, Hahaha! No sweetie she is living here temporarily and will only come out when she's big enough." - Mom
"How did she even get there?" Kai asked, confused.
"You also came from your mommy's tummy Kai, all babies came from their mother's tummies." - Dad
"I'm also from there?!" - Keisler
"Yes honey." - Mom
Kai is satisfied with the answers he get so he finally settled down, but a few minutes later he asked another question. "Mom, Dad how are babies made?"
The couple spit out the water they're drinking and looked at each other awkwardly, not knowing what to say.
