Half a year had already passed since Gohan's departure to the future, and since then no one has stopped with their training.
Vegeta spent all day locked in the gravity machine with Nappa, his goal was to achieve a power never seen before.
Krillin pretended to train with Master Roshi but when he saw the increase in power that the gravity machine gave him, he forgot about that idea.
Both he and Yamcha began to train hard and got excellent results, Tien and Chiaotzu joined them later.
None had the intention of dying before future enemies, especially after hearing the story of the young boy who came from the future.
Goku trained with his older brother in the mountains. He had a feeling that there was something beyond the power of the ordinary Super Saiyan.
At this moment Raditz was entering Goku's house, and was heading towards the matrimonial room in search of his younger brother.
Raditz opened the door and saw Goku sitting on the bed tying the laces on his boots. He turned when he realized his presence.
"Until I finally find you Kakarot!" Raditz exclaimed, crossing his arms. Why the hell didn't you come to practice this morning?"
"Because I finished my physical training, now it's time to train my spirit" Goku replied as he got up from the bed smiling.
"What the hell are you saying?"
"That's something I learned with Kami-sama and Mister Popo, it's useless to strengthen the body so much when the spirit is weak" he declared.
Raditz raised an eyebrow, but Goku continued. "Gohan told me that on the planet Yadrat they specialize in that, that's why I want to go there"
"Now I understand, you just want to go learn the mystical techniques of that place" said Raditz closing his eyes, "I see, and when are you leaving?"
"Well now, I'll go with my ship. And King Kai gave me the coordinates of Yadrat" Goku said smiling, "Remember to rest every now and then!"
"W-wait! Y-you don't say anything to your wife?" Raditz asked somewhat excited and Goku looked at him curiously, "You know how he usually gets"
"Well, I said goodbye to her last night while we were doing..." Goku was going to speak but suddenly Raditz appeared in front of him and covered his mouth.
"Don't say those things out loud you idiot!" Raditz exclaimed somewhat embarrassed as a bead of sweat ran down Goku's temple.
"Don't you do the same with Launch?"
Raditz looked away, folding his arms. "That's none of your business, daring dwarf."
"Oh, so you haven't done it yet hehe, but aren't you going to marry her?" Goku asked with his hand on his chin. He was curious.
"Extremely dangerous enemies are coming, do you think now is the right time for something like this?!" Raditz asked.
"Everything will be fine, if you want to get married do it. Master Roshi used to say that enjoying yourself is an important part of life" Goku declared smiling.
Raditz gave him a strange look. Goku rarely used to say coherent things, but this was one of the wisest things he had ever said.
"Hpmf, we'll see... the most important thing is to get stronger" Raditz said after a silent reflection. "That Goes for us"
"I know" Goku nodded and extended his fist to him.
Raditz understood that gesture and extended his fist in turn, colliding with Goku's. After that, the younger brother left the room.
Raditz looked at him with a feeling of pride in his onyx eyes, but suddenly he felt a presence behind him and turned quickly.
"Raditz!"
"Launch!" The Saiyan exclaimed more relaxed and opened the window, "What were you doing there? Were you trying to scare me by suddenly appearing like that?"
"Of course not, I was coming in but since I saw you here with Goku I went to the window" Launch replied and Raditz trembled at that.
"Y-you mean you heard everything that Kakarot was talking about?" asked the warrior and Launch nodded shyly, "Uh"
"Raditz... I-I'm a-I'm a weird girl with two opposite personalities, would you really like to marry me?" Launch asked looking at him.
"D-don't be silly woman, why wouldn't I want to?" Raditz replied without looking directly at her, "It's not like I care about your personalities..."
Raditz couldn't continue as Launch cupped his cheeks and planted a kiss on his lips as several tears welled up in his eyes.
"L-Launch?" Raditz blushed like never before.
"I love you... I want to always be by your side" the woman jumped into the Saiyan's arms, who did nothing more than welcome her with a big smile.
"Me too..."

Another six months had elapsed, thus marking one year since Gohan went to the future time with Trunks.
Everything was normal, everyone was preparing for the threat of the androids that would appear in two years.
Goku was still in Yadrat learning spirit control to acquire the various impressive techniques that Gohan displayed on his day.
Vegeta continued with the same rhythm, he felt more powerful than ever and he longed for Gohan to come back to fight him again.
Raditz was still the same, although happier than ever for his future wedding with Launch. He was waiting for Goku to come back to do it.
"Nothing better than a cold shower after training," Raditz said, stretching out his arms as he walked into the living room of his home.
A while ago they had installed a house next to Goku's house. Chi-Chi appreciated that, so she would have someone (Launch) to chat with.
"Will you train again this afternoon?" Launch asked sitting on the couch while she watched TV, and Raditz smiled at this.
"Today I will listen to Kakarot and rest"
"That's good!" Launch exclaimed taking her hand and Raditz nodded dedicating a small smile to the woman, "So... what will you and I do?"
Raditz got ready to say something but the doorbell rang and he was interrupted. He arched an eyebrow, as Chi-Chi would announce herself when he came.
'And I doubt it's Vegeta who's ringing the bell' Raditz got up annoyed and walked to open the door, to see who was ringing and what he wanted.
He did, and frowned. "You are?"
"Hello, you must be Raditz, right? Could you tell us where Goku is?" asked the boy, who had next to him a girl similar to him.
They were the androids!
