He was laying down on the bed while looking at her comprehending the situation. Anxiousness was showing on her face. She knew he wasn't going to die again, but the worry stayed because he was fragile. She was worried about his health because if he wasn't taken care of with the care he would surely die even if caught a very minor disease.
"Don't worry, I am fine."
He smiled. He said it was to make her feel a little relieved. She did feel a little relieved when he spoke, but this didn't change the fact she was worried and knew how his condition was.
"You aren't fine at all! Why do you always react like this, young master?" She exploded in anger and became assertive.
But for some reason, her anger felt justified to him. It was because of the stress that accumulated with the emotions she was unable to surpass that ended up her blowing up into anger.
But soon it changed; her anger converted into tears, and they began falling to the ground one by one. Though Axtrav didn't have a full insight into what happened to him. Still, he tried to comfort her.
All he knew, she was having a mental breakdown because of him. She was worried about him to death. She cared for his life more than her own.
"I'm sorry... I shouldn't have shown you such a pathetic side..."
she said as she wiped off the tears.
"No, it's fine it's because of me you are like this." He said.
"By the way, I am feeling hungry."
He hastily tried to change the topic of the conversation. He didn't want her to respond or ask for anything because he knew nothing about the new world he had arrived in.
"I'm sorry, I will prepare something for you right now." She said.
She left his room and went to the kitchen.
'Now, let's get a grip on everything that is happening.'
He looked around the run-down room of the castle. It didn't have much inside the large room of the Castle, it was pretty empty. A comfy bed, a pair of couches in the right corner of the room, a desk, and a stool in front of a large glass window.
It didn't have anything fancy inside it. It was a pretty bland and empty room with a lot of space. The room stayed clean, but the walls had many cracks in them. After observing all of this, it was pretty easy to say that it was a run-down castle that wasn't maintained properly.
"Well, this is a poor household but at least it is far better than being transmigrated into slums or slaves. It is still far richer than middle-class households even though it's an old run-down castle."
He was right, the castle might look run down, but it was better than being on the streets, starving to death, or being sold as a slave to some crazy perverted psychopathic noble. This scenario was far better than any of those.
He quickly accepted that he had transmigrated without even doubting it once because of all of the things that were happening to him and his surroundings. The sharp throbbing headache that was stopped by the priest was more than enough proof.
"Now, let's see who am I."
He decided to dive into the memories of the previous owner of the body. When he looked into it he was left flabbergasted. He couldn't believe what he saw in the memories.
"Wa-wait Isn't this Lloyd!"
He restrained himself from shouting in shock. He couldn't believe that he was transmigrated into the body of the villain from the Novel he was previously reading right before he was killing terrorists.
"Wait, if I am in the body of Lloyd then what was he doing in this run-down castle? It wasn't mentioned in the novel that he visited this kind of place." He pondered.
He decided to dig deeper into his memories to find out everything and understand the situation he was currently in. In the end, he found out a lot of useful things about himself. A lot of his questions were answered by it.
Some questions couldn't be answered like his transmigration and why he was transmigrated specifically into this world. So, he decided not to linger over them and waste his time.
"It seems that I have been transmigrated to the time when he wasn't introduced in the novel. It's going to take at least half a decade before I get introduced to the main story."
"In the novel, Lloyd was first introduced in chapter 107. He wasn't the main villain of the story but he still played a major role because his parents killed the protagonist's family in the novel and he runied protagonist and killed a side character who was MC's friend,"
"This was the reason he still played a major role but wasn't the main villain." He said.
The novel was set in a generic fantasy world of demons vs humans. Where the demon lord was resurrected after five hundred years. Humans were cornered by demons and other races that allied with demons.
Only humans, elves, and dwarfs allied together to push back the barbaric demons and not let them take any more lives.
Beastmen were the only ones who were allied with the demons. They co-existed together in peace with other races for thousands of years, but for some reason, the current beast-man king decided to ally with demons.
This world in which Axtric transmigrated was also technologically advanced. Though humans were the weakest of all the other races, but their advanced technology made up for it. If it wasn't for their quick advancement in the technological field, they wouldn't be able to survive for this long other races would have abandoned them and would use them as disposables.
"Now, let's try to get up and check out my surroundings physically."
He tried to get up, but his body didn't have any kind of strength left within him. It didn't matter how much he tried, he couldn't even move a finger; getting up was a story of the far future.
"That's sad."
His face grew gloomy.
