I was waiting for Selene outside in the living room. She was running late and we had a meeting with the members of board.
My mind jumped back to yesterday when she said she would make me fall in love with her. Of course, I already fucking loved her. But this was going to be hard, and I was sure this was going to make me hard, the things she would do. But I had to resist, as much as I didn't want to.
As I pondered the challenges that lay ahead, Selene emerged from her room, a confident grin playing on her lips. She was dressed in a way that, for a moment, made me forget the impending meeting with the board. The intensity in her eyes, the way she carried herself—it was a potent combination that made it hard to focus on anything else.
"Good morning, Azzy," she greeted, her voice a playful melody.
"Morning," I replied, my tone guarded. The memory of our conversation from the previous day lingered, a subtle tension threading through the air.
