The Magic Tower was empty, not a single enemy was in sight.
"Inspect every corner for any hidden enemies. Leave no stone unturned!"
After the initial shock, Kowen ordered his soldiers to search everywhere, then yelled at Cole outside the tower, "Brother, the enemy magicians have secretly withdrawn. This seems to be nothing but an empty tower!"
"What?"
Upon hearing Kowen's shout, Cole, whose face was filled with scars, rushed into the tower with his guards in a cloud of confusion.
Soon after, Cole and Kowen, together with their men, had searched every nook and cranny of the Magic Tower, leading to a puzzling conclusion.
That is, the enemy magicians inside the Magic Tower had vanished before our arrival, vacating this area well in advance.
