Facing Barlow's lethal axe attack, Cole remained fearless, stating, "It won't be so easy to wipe us all out!"
As soon as the words left his mouth, Cole swung his sword to meet the attack, accompanied by a burst of intense sparks, once again blocking the opponent's fierce onslaught.
However, it was evident from his movements in the two exchanges that Cole was at an absolute disadvantage.
This was not surprising. Although both sides wielded Tier 4 weapons of comparable quality, the fact that Cole, a Tier 4 Four Star fighter, was weaker than the Tier 4 Seven Stars Barlow, combined with the considerable amount of energy he already expended at the outset, made the outcome evident.
"I didn't expect you to be so tough, but that's about it!"
