Chapter 6 - OMCW Chapter 6 - 200 Units

The next day Ju opened his eyes.

He rested his head on the desk besides the Planet's Orb. He opened his eyes but laid there for a while.

Aftes enjoying the nice feeling of just waking up he got up and went to grab something to eat.

"Hmm... I guess this was prone to happen eventually."

Ju opened a small fridge that was already inside the house when he moved in and saw the meat and fat he bough ran out.

After thinking a little Ju decided on going to the village and having some pasta with meatballs.

'Not something perfect for breakfast it will avoid mengetting hungry util lunch.'

He walked into the vilage now watching out for the bathouse wondering if Mistia was there again today. But neither she or Kura were there.

Soon he found a small commotion in front of him down the street and he aproached the 10 plus people lined up.

"Excuse me." Ju asked politely.

"?" A young man stared at him.

"What is this commotion about?"

Ju glared at the foodtruck they were lined in front of.

"Isn't this closed?"

"?"

"Ohh this? You must be the one who moved to the jue house correct?"

Ju nodded.

"Then you're lucky! This here is the best food place in the village! The line is still very short so you must definitely wait for it to open with us! The food always runs out before even a third of the people get to eat!"

'Ohh?' Ju was suddenly pulled in.

"The best food place? I recon it used to be the Luo's over that direction?"

"The Luo's? Oh yeah you lived here a long time ago right?"

Ju nodded again.

"Those guys moved to a big city over five years ago they are already booming in business over there!"

'...'

'Sigh. Good for them.'

Ju couldn't really blame them for doing the most logical thing when you are a successful business owner.

Ju saw some other people slowly gathering on the line and he saw even more comimg from down the street so he of course also joined them and stood there in wait.

After 2 more minutes he quickly got bored. But also he had time to think.

His mind soon went, luke always, to the Planet he had back at home.

He had actually never named it.

'Hmm. Lemme see. It's pretty much a poisonous world, it's dark and dangerous. Heh, Maybe underworld?'

After thinking a little more he commdnted again.

'Hmmm. It isn't actually under anything. Maybe something else might be better. A rocky and foggy toxic wasteland...'

'Rocky Mountains?' Ju pondered a little more. And then grinned

'Heh.'

"Black Rock" He muttered.

The rocks aren't black and in fact the name was very generic and maybe boring but to Ju it was very fitting!

'Then that is settled! Next...?'

Ju was about to think of some other names for the other species he had already seen on the world includding the cricket-like Black Hoppers Adam was eating when re noticed an anomaly.

Ju closed his eyes and focused on his Sundust and was greatky surprised.

'20 units?' Ju had started with 10 units of sundust. He spent 4 on the planet and 6 on his Star which gave back 12. In the creation of the crack, activation of the planet and sun he spent he wanted to create much bigger cells but the limit in resources limited him to only decimeter sized beings.

The last time he accelerated time he had a total of 101 units and he spent 100 to make it go quicker for a day and would need another 100 to continue this. But with how little he was getting he didn't believe he would be able to accelerate time again anytime soon as the strongest beetles had died and left very weak and/or no offspring behind.

And on top of that he could feel his Sundust had been auto-consumed while he slept. 200 units! His world was moving at 2000 units faster!

'To have 200 units yet left is...'

Auddenly Ju considered the a catastrophe.

'Don't tell me. A mass extinction?'

A mass extinction was a fenomenon that is theorised to be a narural ocurrance in the life of a planet holding life. As time goes by and the ecosystem changes any living being designed for said ecosistem would unevitably die. Being it dratic sudden changes like a meteor or slow and progressive like a certain kind of animal essential for the foodchain being hunted into extinctio.

But the Black Rock world was different. There were no fixed ecosistems to speak of. The entire place was mean to explore every weakness of a living being, to bring them to a extreme. Even their sun was cold enough for Ju to walk on top off and come out with a slight burn on the soles of his feet.

'One might say that this is the reason they have died but i don't think that is the case. In all those years inside they were indeed on the harshest of enviroments but from my observation this at most ever only slowed their expancion.'

Ju moved his mind to sensing some strings he could feel attached to himself.

'There are still a few couple original cells inside. There is no way so many.'

Ju's sundust was taken from the ammount of energy that wasn't inserted back into the world after a few hours had passed. To have so much Sundust left. Either a lot died, or all of them died. Enough for their remais to not be consumed.

Ju was deep in thought before being suddenly pulled back into reality.

"It's you!" The line had moved and Ju who was innitially the 13th on the line was now on the front. At some point the foodtruck had opened and he hadn't noticed.

Now the voice coming from inside the truck was what surprised him.

Ju was surprised to see Mrs. Mistia on the other side of the counter with a cap covering her grey hair and dressed like a cook and a young man with the same attire was holding a pair of raw pasta packages.

Ju grinned and walked away.

'I guess no breakfast for me today.'

Ju could her Mistia say something but to him he only registered a rude remark, he smiled and continued on his way.

Instead he was much more invested in what was going on inside of Black Rock.

Arriving home Ju instantly went to his chair. He gave his house another glance and gave out a remark.

'Note to self. "Fix the damn house"'

Then immersed himself in the World's Orb.

--Black Rock Year 1900--

Era of The Three Kings.

This world has once been governed by death and suffering. But today it has changed.

Adam. Whose old name is not to be said. Has chalenged his own existance and over 1000 years ago he ate God's Gift and evolved.

For the first time in history a living being had learned of the lord's might and evolved to be closer to him.

Adam no longer the Supreme King of The Ancient times turned into the Pope, Lord's hand.

He gave away god's grace to the other Kings and they together formed the Holy empire after baning the unfit servants of god to a land down below.

Adam, Bisma, Ultima, Smear and the youngest of the five Scorpius.

The said Lords Now religious leaders.

After eating God's Gift the Pope and his High Bishops populated the land again this time filled with beings in a image similar to god and with them Adam and the bishops formed the church.

"..."

Ju was stunned.

"What the hell? They have humanoids?"

"No wait most of them simply have human characteristics in their insect bodies." Said Ju looking at the many types of bugs over the land.

Some had human shapes but were covered in carapaces. Their faces either blank, a sculpted face in the carapace or filed with compound eyes.

Their bodies, some were massive insects with human faces or upper bodies, some, a big minority had a full humanoid shape. Ju unconciently called these Homo-insecta, Homin for short. About the monster-like, they were sentient beetles he called them Colo-Sapien Colosa for short.

"They seem to have some sort of initial civilization. They also seem to have some sort of hierarchy going on!"

Ju slowed the world's speed so he could check at it better.

"That is so interesting...! Wait..." Ju suddenly realised something.

"Are they... Conscient?"

Ju's life was based around the mantra that creating life is in itself was selfish and that not creating suffering is more important than the creation of life.

If these humanoids were equally sentient as a regular human he would have no choice but to stop his experiment, close the Dark space and start again. It was too cruel to play with beings that besides the outside appearance were humans and had a soul.

Trying to see if that was the case Ju concentred and tried to feel these beings.

He did get a grab of something. But not a soul. At least not a regular one.

From the memories from the handbook Ju knew that most if not all souls from crearures he made were made of the same essential materials. A core, a thought sea, and a manta. The three were made of sundust and they were all the same unless their Creator meddles with something.

But these sould were very strange. Their manta was extemely thin, there was no thought sea and there was instead a web, it seemed to work with inputs and outputs. Much like pressing a button. But instead of it being one or two or fourteen million it was billions of trillions.

And delving deeper he saw that instead of a core these insects had another soul!

A much smaller but actually refular sould besides the lack of manta.

"This is... I need to srudy this further!" So Ju decided.

He looked to the side and found the Creator's handbook. He stood up handbook in hands he stomped on the ground and over 50 units of Sundust flew into the handbook.

Afyer shining for a few seconds somdthing fell through the book's opened cover.

On it said.

"Creator's handbook chapter 3: God Creator."

Ju grinned happily.
