"Who are you?" Seth asked with an obvious annoyance.
The dark haired man had a stream lined body with glowing red eyes that appeared too inhumane. His fair skin took on a red hue that brightened whenever sunlight stroked its surface.
The young man uttered no words as he set his red eyes on Seth. Yet, Seth received a weird sensation he couldn't put a finger on when looking at the man.
'Something about this is weird. He is not an Avonian Knight. That is good news.. I think.'
The first thought Seth had when he got attacked was that the Scarlet Hound had fooled him into leaving the hut.
Thankfully, that wasn't the case.
Seth gave the man another look. 'He is dressed as an adventurer. Hmm… what the f*ck is wrong with him though?'
Seth's instinct took over! He sneakingly reached for his waist belt and tried grabbing a weapon, but empty air was all that his hand met. There was nothing on his waist!
No crossbow. No dagger.
