Arthur is riding his horse fast through the Halin forest. His hand is still patched because of the poisonous arrow. Roy is behind him on his horse like his shadow.
He arrives at a waterfall and manoeuvre behind the waterfall and there is a cave behind it he whistles like a bird and a ladder is dropped for him.
There, his soldiers are always training. Any one who shows improvement Is rewarded with a mission. They really value missions. Anyone who gets to go to a mission is highly respect and admired.
He treated his soldiers as his brothers and comrades. He has been with them since he turned six.
General Richard collected more than 300 street kids and orphans from the capital and also Halin. He opened a school where he trained them to be elite soldiers.
The children from Halin were put into the same group while the capital kids were placed into a different group.
The Halin kids were 100 .
All of them looked fragile and sluggish.
Arthur was an exception though he was ruthless, fast and intelligent.
He was a force to reckon.
No one could risk stepping on his toes. He was also a role model to many.
His popularity made general Richard to consider his initial plans of returning the capital future elite soldiers and bringing Arthur's future army back to Halin.
The remaining soldiers who passed the training were half the initial number. Out of the total one hundred and fifty a hundred and ten chose to follow Arthur back to Halin. The rest were still under general Richard.
most of those who didn't join Arthur's troops were all jelouse because of the privileges he was given by Richard. What they didn't know was that he was a prince and not a commoner like them.
Arthur didn't let his soldiers slack off. He made a base far from any living being.
Inside the Halin forest there was a waterfall which had a cave behind it that is where he placed his troop that kept on training.
He added some new techniques that he read from books.
In the middle of the Halin forest, Leon has been hunting his attackers for days. He has taken down all the attackers except their leader Juno.
He is very good at ambushes and hiding. He is from the lands of the maidens. That's how they call queen Malia's small kingdom.
It is known as maidens lands because the men there are fewer than the ladies, who make the laws for men to follow.
The Coles hired him after he ambushed one of their caravans delivering goods to the king. His ambush was calculative and flawless.
They tracked him for more than months. As hard as it was, they finally managed to lure him with money and he quickly complied with their request of assassinating Arthur.
" I need the leader alive. I'll deal with him personally. Is that understood." asked Arthur seriously.
" As you wish chief!" firmly answered his soldiers.
Within some minutes Juno was already surrounded.
" Just surrender you are surrounded Juno."
said Roy. " I'll spare your life if you surrender without causing any troubles." calmly said Arthur.
" You have my word."
Juno came out with one hand in the air his other hand on his stomach. He was badly wounded with an arrow while on run.
His weapons were taken from him and he was chained.
Some soldier were really annoyed with him and wanted to finish him off. He dare to try assassinate their chief ?
He really is courting death.
" Take him to the dungeons, the cell next to Alfredo. Don't let anyone see you taking him in and make sure he survives. I have some unfinished business with him. "
" Is that clear."
" Yes sir." the two soldiers holding Juno answered in unison.
After he arrived at the mansion he was welcomed by his mother and Hellen.
" There is a messenger in your throne room son."
" It's not the first time I received messengers mother. Why do you look stressed by this one ?" asked Arthur who was wondering why his mother was acting as if the messenger is alarmingly dangerous.
When he entered the throne room he was greeted by a messenger with a very defined attire. " Greetings my lord."
Someone can easily identify that he is a messenger, unlike the other messengers who just looked casual. This messenger was truly different.
What he couldn't understand was why this messenger scared his mother.
" I bring an invitation from the royal capital."
On the mention of the royal capital Arthur immediately understood why his mother was all panicking.
She probably thought that the messenger will recognise her as the wife of the king who is said to be dead.
He removed the seal on the letter and started reading.
" From the king of the Molivian kingdom to his loyal chief. You are invited to Princess Sofia's royal ceremony."
Sofia could no longer hold her tears that were hanging in her eyes. She left the throne room followed by by her friend Helen.
What made her feel more awful was not the fact that Leon sleeps in another woman's arms but because he has not yet forgotten about her and moved.
She really wanted him to move on and forget about her but she also felt somehow happy that she is deeply engraved in his heart.
Arthur was also nervous about the invitation.
will his father recognise him ? how will he react upon seeing his father ?
General Richard only kept telling him that he was a prince which he didn't believe until he asked his mother who confirmed it after a long time of refusing.
