She saw John, having his back from her while taking notes on the items on the pantry . Instead of breaking their concentration, she just let them be and exited the kitchen. She went back to the diner and saw the girls gushing over the cat , leaning towards the cat's vexed expression.
"You got a gorgeous green eyes." Jestine said while Luna leaned in, to better see it for herself. Indeed. Yong has green eyes.
"What kind of breed is he?" Kisa asked.
"It's a stray cat." Luna answered and looked down her wrist watch. "I think I should go. Please feed him for me?" She asked the girls who just nodded to her before they looked at the person who came to the door.
"I'm sorry sir. We're still not open." Prim said while Luna turned to her back and smiled upon seeing Woonie.
"I thought I can find you here. Let's go?" Woonie said.
"I'm actually leaving." Luna said and turned to the girls. "If possible, you can close the diner early and be careful on the road. There was news last night about these cases on robbery and rape to the adjoined neighborhood."
Jestine paled at such news that Milo noticed it instantly. Bobby too had saw Kisa shared the alarm look.
"We'll come over at two since it's our last period." Bobby offered while Milo nodded.
"Yeah. We can drop you all at the bus station." Milo said.
The girls felt secured at such gesture that made Luna secretly smiled before excusing herself from them. Before exiting the door, she turned to the cat and waved at it cheerfully although she was only answered with blank look.
Walking away from the diner, Luna smiled with how light she felt right now.
"You're a young entrepreneur, huh?" Woonie commented.
"Yeah. You can say that." Luna agreed. " It's pretty challenging actually. It's good to have people around."
"You should have let us help you."
"Ani. Last Saturday was enough gesture of your support. Besides, I can pay people to work with me now." Luna winked at him which made him reached over her cheek and pinched it.
"Aigoo. How can you be conceited and cute at the same time?"
"That's me." She cheekily smiled.

The day went by so fast and Luna was heading towards the diner at four in the afternoon where she saw the place was still busy with people. She was thankful that no people was left lining up outside anymore. Getting in the diner, Luna placed her bag to her office before she picked up some tray to wait some tables since Bobby and Milo as well as Kisa and Jestine were busy. She didn't see Jen and Prim around.
"Hi, I'm Luna. I'm gonna serve you. What's your order please?"Luna immediately greeted to the two men who were in the corner.
Both men had openly checking her out and Luna tried her best not to winced in discomfort while maintaining her smile to them.
"We'll have your specials in the house." one man smirked at her.
"Two specials." Luna wrote to her notepad. "How about some beverages sir?"
"Anything is fine." The other person answered.
"Right away, sir." Luna hastily said.
"How about you make it three while you sit with us?" One man said, running her finger to his lips while checking her out still.
"Uh. We're forbidden to do that, sir." Luna only said with a smile although she can actually felt their stares crawling on her skin.
"Oh come on. Just a few moment? Don't worry, we'll pay for it." The other interjected.
Luna really felt more than discomfort while she bit her lower lip.
"Luna-shi, please help Jen to the store area. The deliveries already came." John had spoken from her behind before he materialized in front of her as if shielding her from the two men.
"Right away." Luna said while she immediately turned away from there.
"I will take your orders, sir." John politely said while Luna had no chance to see those two men still eyeing her in a distance.
In the storage, Luna saw Jen and Prim had dealing with a delivery man as they thoroughly supervise the transfer of the goods they ordered.
"Hi, girls." Luna greeted them, hiding her nervousness but Jen looked at her closely .
"You look pale, unnie."
Luna cupped her cheeks and blew some breath. She chuckled in response then. "I've dealt with few strange guys inside. Looks like I can't deal with them properly."
"It's okay unnie. I'm also awkward around guys." Jen said before she turned to the guy who brought the last cargo out the truck. "Hey, why is this only 5 kilograms. I ordered 10 kilograms of corn."
"I don't think that's true." the man countered back.
"What? Are you freaking kidding me? We paid for 10 kilograms. Check it again." Jen demanded seriously.
The man carrying the corn turned to his companion. "Hey Suga, tell this woman that they only paid for 5 kilograms for this corn."
Suga checked his list and nodded. "They did. What's the problem, Kai?"
"See? Five kilograms only." Kai turned to Jen.
Jen on the other hand, turned to Prim who was busily checking for their own master's list of the food deliveries.
"Prim, show this guy our receipt." Jen said while having a battle of stares to the guy name Kai.
Prim then found the lists and showed it to Jen .
"We did pay for 10 not 5." Prim vouched.
"See? We are not stupid." Jen said. "And I got a very sharp memories." Jen said to Kai.
There was bickering between them as well as between Prim and Suga.
Luna on the other hand, just laughed at the scene that made the arguments forestalled as they turned to her direction.
"Oh I'm sorry. Should I leave instead?" Luna asked still in fit of laughter.
"You guys still owe us 5kilograms of corn." Jen pointed to Suga. "Jot it down before your tiny brain cells will forget about it and you, mind your manners. We are customers."
Luna was actually awed at how Jen dealt with those men. The men only grumbled in annoyance as they finished their business there fast before they left. She turned to Jen .
"Is that you being awkward around men, Jen-ah?" She teased.
Prim, upon hearing up raised her brows before speaking. "Awkward? Jen is never that person. She a man hater."
"Yah. I'm not." Jen argued.
"Yeah." Prim snickered.
