Chapter 5 - Two birds with one stone

POV CHANGES (PATRICIA)

Raviolo was all alone beside the canteen. I couldn't control my murderous urge and went ahead to him. I asked, "Hey you're from 1-B right?" He didn't seem like wanting to answer, he was looking at his phone and doing something I'm not even sure of. However, reluctantly, he said "Yeah..." and stared at me for a while longer, I was honestly a bit confused by his coldness but my main job was to manipulate so I kept up on trying. "Hey... Raviolo are you annoyed by me? Forgive me, I'll be leaving then." I said in a pensive tone. Raviolo was finally caught up in my net when he replied "No, wait, I- I think you're really... beautiful. Your shiny golden hair swaying with the wind added with the soothing presence of your verdant eyes of that spectacular and photogenic face is just stupefying, so, it made me nervous."

That's how he fell into my trap of trust, I said in a quite subconsciously seductive tone "That's so nice of you, you're quite pretty too, your silky black hair perfectly fits you, you seem quite lonely, do you want to hang out?" Raviolo seemed flattered and instantly agreed.

We went out to the part around the graveyard. Raviolo, slightly scared, began ranting "Why are we at the graveyard, I've heard of several myths about these graves". "Oh... wow," I said, pretending to be somewhat scared. I found the location where I hid my weapons and told Raviolo "Can you please bring a friend here? I've been searching for a very special necklace for a while now." "Sure, give me a moment." replied Raviolo, and went out to bring them.

A while later, Raviolo came back with another from 1-B, I felt a bit scared but I was confident I'd kill them before they laid one hand on me. They began their search quite normally without realizing that a knife, designed by me to be green so that it camouflages well, was right under the tree beside. I stood a bit further from the graveyard and when Raviolo came to me to express melancholy for not being able to find the necklace, I swiftly lunged the knife at his vocal cord which shut him down from screaming. He was astonished to no end but I ended his pain by stabbing again, directly to the heart to be precise. It silently penetrated his kind heart as he dropped to the ground, kneeling towards me with a look of pure terror, hatred, and greed. I said, before going after his friend, Udon, "Remember, if another life exists, don't trust anyone, you never know who might turn against you."

Udon was absent-minded, still searching for the necklace like an idiot. I didn't want to go through another gaze of horror so just shot him from the back and left him like that. "Two down" I soliloquized as I began to dig graves for them. I was so lost in digging the grave that I didn't notice anyone around. Suddenly I heard a deep male voice call out to me "What are you doing out here?". I turned toward him quickly, I was also quite confused and asked back,

"I have the same question, sir."

"Don't you get it? What do I look like? I am an undertaker here you fool, I have to be here, working all day for the little amount of money needed to be alive. Now then, what is that bloody disgusting object you're clenching upon." He said as he pointed towards my right hand.

I put my hand forward, revealing the metallic viridescent knife with a liquid florid texture covering it. He seemingly recognized that it was a knife got freshly after a murder.

"What a clean slaughter, the fact that you have got no blood on your body is what amazes me, I'll tell you, this is not the first time I've seen someone like you but hand me over that knife, I'll get rid of the evidence for you."

He covered up the bodies afterward, I was astounded by how casual he was about the death of two students. I wasn't really worried about the lives of Raviolo and Udon, I had no justified reason for murdering them except that I hated their egos but even so, I didn't care, it was their fault for being weak enough to step right into my trap. I walked away as if nothing happened but was fairly excited to notify Frank about the whole of it. I kept wondering how things were going on between him and John, the toughest target on our list.
