"Why the hell are you questioning me? this is my business and I can take care of this myself. Our love or what, that is not what is important to me right now."
"What is important to me right now is nothing but ending what I just started."
"If you have plans on stopping me, just know that the same thing that is about to happen to this man will happen to you too, I don't care about the fact that we are close or shared a relationship even for a single moment."
"So this how you truly are?" Adrienne didn't think twice about walking toward him, the hesitance she had a moment ago wasn't in her heart anymore.
She was ready to die if it was him who was going to kill her. After all, that was the destiny that was waiting for her.
Rather than for what was going on, Aiden's mind was a mess. He kept coming back to his true self escaping from the void that was making him a killer but at the same time, he didn't even want to give up on what he was doing.
Killing someone once a month was totally fine with him and most of the time, on those days it wasn't the insane part of himself but the same Aiden too was following people to quench his thirst for blood.
After hearing the words of Adrienne he wanted to stop and turn back, but being the perfectionist he is, he was scared that not finishing him off would harm his pride.
Though a part of him wished for Adrienne to walk away because he wanted to finish that guy off without her seeing what sort of a person he can be.
Though he uttered the words he didn't want her to think that the same thing could happen to her.
But more than anyone else he was sure that he would never do something to Adrienne.
"Listen to me right now!" Aiden spoke as he was gradually coming back to himself. He couldn't manage to kill someone in front of Adrienne. So he had to do whatever was possible to get her out of the sight.
"I won't tell you twice, I need you to get out of this place. Get as far away as you can go from me.
I told you, not to come after me, not to help me, and here you are coming towards me."
"Are you really back?" She asked as she stopped the steps that she was taking toward him.
"Not exactly but I don't know how long I can be sane like this, therefore believe my words. You know more than anyone else that I don't get rid of people who are not of any harm."
"Get out!" He once again shouted at the top of his voice.
"Mam, I think it's better for us to get out of here. The girl behind Adrienne spoke. "Honestly, I won't even think twice to get rid of a scumbug like this. The lives he has ruined are countless and so far he never was punished for them. I don't know who he is or where he is from but I want him to pay for the lives he has ruined." The girl spoke.
"If this person here didn't come here and saved me, this person right here would have r*ped me and gotten rid of me silently, and this was the same thing that happened to most of the girls who came here."
"You keep your mouth shut!" Adrienne said.
She quickly stepped towards Aiden, who was pointing his dagger at them while holding onto the guy by his neck. The power of his fist was more than enough to hold a well-grown man like that without the help of any other force.
Without even thinking twice she grabbed the dagger by the blade, though it was cutting through her skin. Drop by drop blood flowed along the dagger wetting Aiden's hand with her blood.
"Isn't this what you wanted?"
"Isn't it blood that you wanted to see?"
"Are you at least satisfied now?"
He put down the dagger the moment he knew how wet the ground was by Adrienne's blood. For some reason, he couldn't bear to keep looking at Adrienne getting hurt because of him.
But he had to do something if he didn't finish what he just started. The word of him trying to kill someone would definitely get out.
He turned back while holding Adrienne's hand which was bleeding," If you dare to mention to someone that I did this to you, just know that I will be right there, right in front of your very eyes to put my hand through your stomach."
"I will drag out all of your intestines and will hang them over your body so that everyone can see," Aiden whispered in his ear.
By now he was completely back to his normal self, he turned around at Adrienne. He couldn't even wipe away her blood as his handkerchief was already wet with someone else's blood.
"You! If you dare to spit out a single word to anyone, you will be found dead tomorrow morning," Aiden held Ariana's hand up to slow down the blood flow.
"Didn't I tell you not to come and search for me?" He asked, yet irritated by her sudden appearance. He walked away with her as if nothing happened.
"It was just that I was worried about you Master. How could I leave you alone to suffer alone? Since we are now in a relationship, feel free to share anything with me. I will listen to you as much as I can and I will help you even if it is going to cost me my life."
She spoke not even thinking about the fact that her hand was bleeding, it was not a concern to her as long as he was alright.
"Did you eat well?" Aiden asked while walking towards the restaurant.
"Yes, I did, but Master, you didn't eat well so I think we should go and get you some food otherwise you are going to starve tonight."
"Nah I am fine, I am more used to eating your food than this food here," Adrienne was happy to hear those words that came out of his mouth. The compliment that never came out of his mouth so far finally came out of his mouth.
She was honestly happy about that.
"What are you so happy about?" Aiden asked while looking at her, who had a totally different expression from what she did a moment ago.
"If it is something good you should share it with me so that I can be happy too," he pushed her onto the tree that was right beside them.
"Master, there are people here. I don't think that this is appropriate," she said blushing all over.
"I am asking what you are so happy about?" he repeated again.
"Just nothing," she replied not wanting to reveal the true reason behind her smile.
"So you are not going to tell me what it is?"
"It's really not something to be so concerned about, it's just that I am happy about something," She finally said yet not revealing the true reason behind her smile.
Though she thought of revealing the true reason to him, she didn't want him to have too much hope in her when she wasn't even sure about how long she will stay alive after being in a relationship with him.
"Are you going to continue to look at me with that silent look?" He asked.
he pressed his lips against hers.
