"Mater My answer is the same as before? Like I said before right now you are not yourself. Please try to understand the situation. I know that I have no right to go against you but us being together is something that can never happen," she said.
"It is my choice and no one has the right to interfere in them! right now I am working on getting everything into my hands and everything will be mine within the next few months.
Do you still think that there will be someone to get in between us?"
"Master, were you pretending to be someone else all this time?" She asked judging him by the words that he just uttered, it wasn't some words that could have come out of the mouth of a softer Aiden.
"What if I was pretending? Will you hate me for that?" He asked while looking straight into her eyes.
"I will not but Master are you sure about the words that you are uttering right now? Then I don't mind having more trouble in my life if it is for you," the words slipped out of her mouth.
She knew that if it was the words that came out of the real Aiden's mouth they clearly carried out a meaning in them. As his words had always been undeniable and strong.
After all, she too knew that she had something in her for him.
"What did you just say? Repeat it for me one more time," he said with a cheeky smile on his face.
She just kept staring at him without speaking a word, embarrassed of what she just said. She had no confidence whatsoever to repeat those words again.
"Well, this means you admitted to your feelings, so I guess we are dating now," he said while he kept looking straight into her eyes.
"Are you going to keep staring at me like that without speaking? If you are going to do that I am going to kiss you," he said.
She couldn't still manage to escape from her world of imagination. She couldn't imagine being in a relationship with him, even though it made her excited and a little happy she couldn't imagine how it would go.
He kissed her forehead instead on the lips and took a step back and the same sweet kiss brought Adrienne back to the real world.
"Well, I won't force you to do anything until you are going to allow me to, I will not even kiss you. So don't worry about it? I hope that you will confess your feelings to me one day, and that day will be a day that I am looking forward to."
"You can go out now, I can get dressed on my own." He said turning back and walking away from her.
She left the room without speaking a word, the moment she closed the door Aiden who barely smiled broke into a smile and he kept smiling while looking at himself in the mirror.
"Now that she is mine, all I got to do is take care of her right?" He questioned himself as he had never been in a relationship before.
- Of course, someone as narcissistic and psychotic as him could never be in a relationship. -
He quickly got dressed and came out excited for his first day as a couple, for the first time he had a free and calm feeling in his heart. His heart full of hatred was feeling better since the moment he realised the fact that she had feelings for her.

They both left the house at the right time and got to the company before the reporting hours. Since no one was there when they got into the office, Adrienne left him in his office so that she can go over some of his files again.
The time went by without the both of them realising, Though there wasn't anyone there at the office there was a single bit of an idea to take advantage of the situation.
For the first time, he felt that he should have a sense of respect for her. He realised that forcing her to do stuff won't solve anything.
The same mystery that got him tangled in thoughts for her still wasn't solved at all but he had no choice but to forget about it as he knew that asking about that wouldn't lead him anywhere.
The secretaries got there the moment the working hours started, not a minute earlier or a minute later. They reported in to his office with the work that was waiting for him.
But the moment he saw the work he knew that there will be no way out of the work that was assigned to him, his plans for going out with Adrienne was completely ruined but yet he couldn't get the idea of wanting to go out, out of his mind.
He completed most of the work in the morning right before he left for a lunch meeting without Adrienne to finalise one of the proposals for the new launching, wanting her to have some rest while he wasn't there.
What he expected didn't happen as soon as she realised that he had left without him. She panicked like a mother who lost her child and inquired the head secretary about it.
"Mam, Master Aiden left a little while ago. He told us that the presence of someone else wouldn't be needed as this meeting is only to finalise everything. He will discuss about the contract with you later."
"Is he having the meeting with the Asian movie company that we are sponsoring for our new product launch?"
"Yes, Mam, I think it's better for you to stay since you were asked not to come with him. After all Master Aiden is someone who can handle his matters well."
"I know you don't have to tell me that. I am working for Master Barron not him, so I can't let go of the late chairperson's advice that easily.
Anyways, inform the Vice chairperson's office that I will be there to give him a few contracts that Master Aiden wanted him to sign."
"As far as I know Master Noir is still not here," she said picking up the phone.
"Oh is that so, then let me know when he is here. I will go and meet him in person and tell me when Master Aiden's lunch meeting is supposed to be over?"
"Around 1.30 pm Mam," she said while going through his schedule.
"I will head there to pick him up so ask the driver to come back."
"Mam, may I know why both of you reported working when you ourselves called in and asked to cancel his schedule for him?"
"Ah, I did that didn't I?" Adrienne said as she regained her memories from last night.
"This Luch meeting was suddenly arranged by Master Aiden so his schedule is clear this afternoon, and judging by the amount of work that he has done in the morning I think it is better if he gets some rest."
"I see I see, that is for Master Aiden to decide. You have no right to decide on that," Adrienne said as he left for Noir's office.
But deep down she was indeed worried about Aiden, he was sick last night and she was scared whether something would happen to him.
