Chapter 5 - An Eccentric Character.

The night was dark and serene as the soft gust of wind through an open sliding glass window. Making the curtains dance lightly in the room as the illumination of the moon's brightness went through the window. Though placed on the fourth floor, a faint sound of crickets noises could still be heard. Making it a tranquilizing and somewhat romantic atmosphere. Except for the fact that there is an unknown man standing by the window, facing Andrea with a grin on his face.

At this moment, any normal person's reaction would either be; a completely terrified, maybe a bit of anger or would freeze in place due to shock— but not Andrea.

"What? Can't you see I was about to sleep, you creep!?" She grumbled upon the sight of the strange man watching her like a hawk.

Upon hearing those, the man could only remain quiet as his smile began to slowly withdraw. Still maintaining uncomfortable eye contact, the man gazed at her like he was waiting for her next words. The moon's light defined his silhouette as half of his face was shined from the moonlight.

Andrea glared at the man seeing that he wasn't responsive to her outburst. Andrea scanned the man from head to toe as she asked to herself,

'Just how the hell did this guy sneak in through the window of the fourth floor? Perhaps a robber? Is he perhaps from the psychiatric patient that got out by chance?'

Well looking at his get up, a white formal suit with matching white cape. He even has a golden staff with a crescent designed with blue jewels on top of it. Looking at his overall appearance, he doesn't seem like an insane person— more like a die hard cosplayer. But aside from that, what got her attention the most was his clear crystal yellow eyes that glowed under the dimness of the room.

With a lot of thoughts running through her already exhausted brain, Andrea groaned as she could feel the sleepiness from the medicine she took earlier starting to kick in for real.

With her body slightly slouchy while sitting down, Andrea rubbed her left eye with her left palm as she grunted, "I have a lot of problems to think about, so don't fucking add up." She growled in a low tone, evidently irritated as she ignored the male's presence within the room.

Seeing that indifferent reaction of the woman before her, the foreign man could only let out a manly chuckle while tilting his head down. It is obvious to see that he finds it amusing.

"Don't fret, my lady. I'm no bad guy. In fact, I'm on your side." The man reassured Andrea with a calm tone of voice as if he was talking to a child.

With that being said, Andrea raised a brow upon hearing his voice. She definitely heard that voice somewhere. But she was not sure where. Being vigilant, Andrea squinted her eyes as she turned her head to look at the smiling male with a sharp glare.

"What the hell are you talking about?"

Hearing her cold response, there was a smirk forming on the corner of his mouth as his eyes casted into a crescent shape, "Hmm feisty as ever, I see. Well, I won't take long for it is quite straining for me,"

He said with amusement in his tone as he let go of his golden staff. Andrea was quite appalled seeing that staff of him remaining floating in the air. For a moment, she thought that maybe he was a magician of some sort. Still, she was still cautious of this stranger.

"Taking this story of yours shall not be an easy one to take. But I believe with your wits and creative mind, you will finish your story with an elegant ending," the man continued as he held out his left hand to his side as he snapped his finger. Instantly, there was a brown jacketed book that popped out of nowhere, floating on top of his left hand.

Seeing this, Andrea knew for sure that this man was no ordinary being. Though bewildered, Andrea remained with her poker face as her eyes were shifted from the journal to the stranger's face.

"Story this, story that. Will you talk normally? I have a lot of things to think about, don't add up." Andea, once again, grumbled as she could definitely feel her head starting to pound once again. With her right hand palming the upper part of her face, Andrea was starting to question herself whether she should continue indulging in a conversation with this potentially dangerous stranger.

The suited stranger then started to make his way closer to the woman as he questioned in a serious tone of voice, "You can't remember a thing, am I right? That can't be done. Here, this journal will help you." He then motioned the said journal to Andrea with his usual smile on his face.

Though Andrea was fighting the urge to feel asleep due to her medications and head pain. With her paml still on her forehead with her eyes closed, Andrea then responded.

"I don't receive things from strangers. Tell me your name and I'll think about it," She rebutted back followed by a low groan as her vision started to get slightly fuzzy.

Upon hearing Andrea's response, the man then looked taken aback as he froze with wide eyes."Oh my, how rude of me. I apologize for the late introduction. My name is Luna, it's a pleasure to be your lovely acquaintance."

He then ,finally, formally introduced himself as he put a hand on his left chest and leaned his body down. With his quiet playful tone of voice, Andrea finds his words rather sarcastic.

She shafted her head at the other party with a daggering glare shooting on her eyes as she countered back with a stern tone and annoyed expression on her face.

"Lovely my ass. What's your fucking business with me?"

With that being said, it looked like Luna was starting to get frightened of Andrea. He then started to get back with his business, trying not to get into her nerves.

"Do calm down, my lady. This journal will be your helpful guide from your role. As I said, I'm on your side. We even met before." Luna then started to explain his side seeing that Andrea started to get real aggressive with her words.

Hearing his explanation, Andrea then looked at an open space as she was in a daze as she thought to herself. 'Ahh…I remember him now. I have my doubts but seeing his supernatural ability earlier, this might be possible.'

She then looked straight to his glowing golden eyes as she commented with an emotionless expression and monotonous tone of voice.

"As I thought. You're that weirdo in my dream"
