By using the teleportation scroll he bought from the system for 5000 Legend points, Draven escaped the castle without any problems. But, long-distance teleportation was a rare power in Etheria. Only a few possessed the power, and all of them were under UFH's eyes because if they weren't, it would be disastrous in case they went rogue.
Unfortunately, Draven only possessed the power of short-distance teleportation, and The Black Knight showed the limitation of the power. A few metal shurikens capable of producing tiny lightning bolts prevented Draven from using the teleportation power.
"You're back," when Draven appeared in the abandoned factory, Sarah welcomed them with a nervous smile.
She thought he came flying from the castle and just used teleportation.
However, since Draven drank the healing potion, he was able to walk without limping. If it wasn't for the healing potion, he would have been permanently crippled.
"That was quite a ride," Margoth emerged over Draven's shoulder,
"What happened?" Sarah asked curiously after she heard Margoth because Margoth had a wide grin on his face. On the other hand, Draven looked gloomy as usual,
"You will hear about it tomorrow," Draven waved her off, walking towards her to see the images and information running in the mirrors,
"So we are hooked to the UFH server?" Margoth asked Sarah,
"Now we see everything the UFH sees. Of course, some confidential information is still locked behind some complex grids of security we can't see. But we have most of the information with us," Sarah explained in simple terms so both Draven and Margoth could understand.
"Give me the list of all the supervillains in Veland and their whereabouts," Draven asked with murderous intent in his eyes,
She could swear she felt a chill around her for a moment. Then, after hearing Draven's order, she quickly tapped the mirrors a few times as a list of names appeared on the thirty two inch monitor before Sarah.
Draven and Margoth read the names from top to bottom as Sarah waited for them to let her know which one they picked to kill,
"You said The Clown is next to that newspaper girl," Margoth reminded Draven,
"The Clown?" Sarah touched the name 'The Clown' on the screen, bringing all the information about The Clown to the screen.
At that moment, Draven saw The Clown's picture along with all the necessary information about The Clown, including powers, affiliations, whereabouts, and finally, crimes which was a pretty long list.
"So we're going for The CLown?" asked Sarah, and both Sarah and Margoth stared at Draven for his confirmation,
Instead of nodding, Draven shook his head,
"I lied when I said The Clown is next,"
Draven's words should have surprised Margoth, but the snake just laughed,
"I knew you were lying and planning something else. You were throwing them off the path, weren't you?" Margoth burst into laughter after Draven nodded,
"So, who's your real target?" Sarah asked,
"General Iron Bender," as soon as Sarah heard the name, she felt a chill running through her spine.
"General Iron Bender," Noticing the terrified look on Sarah's face, Margoth's grin disappeared,
"Who is he?"
"A Supreme,"
Supreme Humans were at the top of the power hierarchy that Draven once was. In the entire Etheria, only a handful of Suprememes existed; every single one could topple a kingdom and eradicate thousands of soldiers without breaking a sweat.
Typically it would take at least two Supremes to defeat one Supreme. Therefore when Draven said he was going for a Supreme with his current level, Sarah and Margoth were stunned.
But Sarah quickly remembered the whereabouts of General Iron Bender and realized why Draven chose Iron Bender as his next target,
"How are we going to kill a Supreme, Draven?" asked Margoth,
"Sarah," Instead of explaining everything to Margoth, Draven turned his gaze towards Sarah. The latter did not need instructions to sense what Draven wanted her to do.
With a few taps on the mirror, Sarah brought all the information about General Iron Bender to the screen.
Margoth saw a pointy beard, white haired old man with a receding forehead on the screen. After taking a look at the old man, Margoth moved his gaze to the side to see the old man's powers,
"Able to manipulate magnetic fields to his will, control metallic objects, and summon force fields,"
"Whoa, I must taste his soul," Margoth licked his lips the moment he saw Iron Bender's powers,
"Where are you, my next prey?" Margoth moved his eyes down to see Iron Bender's whereabouts,
"Veland Asylum," Margoth read the whereabouts and turned his gaze towards Draven,
"You planned everything…" Margoth couldn't help but appreciate Draven's ability to plan, thinking way ahead of his enemies. Even without the system, Margoth had no doubt in Draven's survival skills. After all, the system was basically useless when they were inside the void. Still, Draven and Margoth managed to survive the pits of hell and came out with their lives intact.

Draven quickly willed the system to bring out his status window. Soon, his vision was blocked with details about him written in sparkling blue letters in front of his eyes. Next, he noticed the change in his Legend Status. Previously it stated 'Mysterious killer'. Now it showed 'The Killer of Veland'. So the more people knew about him, the faster his legend would spread throughout Etheria. As a result, he would receive more and more legend points passively instead of killing people. In simple words, the more supervillains Draven kills, the stronger he and the system would be.
Looking at the status window, Draven sighed inwards, thinking that he could only afford to have one more power. However, General Iron Bender had three powers. Hence, Draven had to make a choice.
"If you have to make a choice, choose the ability to control metallic objects," Surprisingly, Draven heard Margoth's voice in his head. Everything around him seemed to have stopped except Margoth,
"Manipulating magnetic fields and summoning force fields are great, but they cannot be compared to the ability to control metal objects. The world is filled with metallic objects, Draven. If you can absorb this, you'll be quite unstoppable,"
"Hmm,"
As far as Draven could tell, Margoth was right, and he was thinking the same. Draven wasn't interested in manipulating magnetic fields as many in Etheria had no clear idea about magnetic fields. However, Draven knew how powerful is the ability to summon force fields and control metallic objects.
He wished he had one more power slot to afford to have the ability to summon force fields. But, unfortunately, if he didn't get stronger, he wouldn't be able to eradicate the villains in Veland and defeat a powerful superhero such as The Black Knight.
Although The Black Knight possessed no superpowers, his intelligence, resources, and experience made up for the lack of superpowers. Many had fallen at the hands of The Black Knight because they underestimated him. However, Draven wouldn't dare to. Instead, Draven planned to get stronger by killing Iron Bender and absorbing his power.
After Draven exited the system's interface, Margoth nodded at Draven approving his decision, before turning his gaze towards Sarah,
"What is this Veland Asylum?"
"Well, it's the place where mentally unstable people in Veland go,"
"You mean all the fuckers in Veland?" Margoth giggled,
"Why is he there?" asked Margoth after making fun of Veland citizens,
"Five years ago, General Iron Bender and his organization called the brotherhood attacked UFH, trying to break out Rhynocorus. Although they successfully broke out Rhynocorus out of his prison, General Iron Bender was betrayed by Rhynocorus in the end. Rhynocorus broke General Iron Bender's neck and crippled him,"
Draven and Morgoth did not feel a drop of pity for Iron Bender. Instead, they thought he got what he deserved. If it was up to Draven and Margoth, they would have killed both instead of trying to apprehend them alive like UFH did. Because of their incompetence, countless soldiers in UFH died that day.
"Because Iron Bender was born in Veland and deemed as no threat by the UFH, he was put into the asylum and living there ever since," Sarah finished explaining and waited for Draven's response,
"What's the plan?" asked Margoth,
"Simple," Draven touched Iron Bender's face in the mirror,
"We will go to the asylum disguised as news reporters, kill the piece of scum and every other scum hiding in the asylum pretending to be mentally unstable,"
Just hearing his plan, Sarah swallowed a mouth full of saliva.
"We need iron Bender's power to infiltrate the Layne family warehouse and commandeer the warship they built,"
Sarah deeply exhaled and nodded,
"Let's go shopping," Draven picked up the sack filled with etherials and opened his wings.
