"Hey, what are you doing here all alone?" the deep baritone voice filled the classroom.
She was standing in front of the windows watching their classmates downstairs who were all gathered for the PE class. The teacher was not around so she did not bother to join.
"Just thinking," she replied. She continued to look at the rest of the students on the ground floor.
They were on the second floor and she could easily watch everyone from where she was. People-watching has always been a thing for her, it is interesting for someone like her.
She is someone who prefers people to be kept at a safe distance and yet was forever curious about their interactions.
"I am starting to get jealous. Are they more interesting than me?" he asked, embracing her from behind.
"What are you doing? Dom, people might see us!" she protested.
