Morning greets me warmly with dazzling light in my eyes.
"Hmm!" My tired groans filled the entire bed with my body wriggling.
Brack!
"Where's Nilam Grotbear?"
The sound of one of the people barging into the house with full weaponry. When I tried to steal a glance, it was the same man. A pale-skinned white-haired man with lips that resembled a Vampire.
I was in awe of Grandma, who ran to pull them out of the house, and while crossing me, she said, "run to the mountains!"
When I felt calm, I slipped out of the house through the back door and ran up the mountain as hard as possible. In the middle of the slope, I saw Grandma, who was being chased by them.
From their whispers, Grandma and I will be arrested on charges of the death of Duke Hokers, who is in the noble residence in the center of Zavax city.
My feet kept crawling slowly, looking at those fighting against Grandma.
A black mist surrounded Grandma, and the fog was thick enough; the Vampire captain's army attacks couldn't touch Granny.
I smiled smugly.
"It's not that easy, a long-haired Vampire!"
I mumbled as if my mumble was heard by him. He turned to me with an annoyed look.
"Oh no!" I ran as hard as I could while watching Grandma struggle.
In the battle, the Vampire captain swung his sword and spat a red liquid between the blades. Forms a hard-pointed needle. The brunt of the hand continued to overwhelm Grandma, who was protecting her.
Because of her aging condition, Grandma's magic was not comparable to theirs; in just their minutes, Grandma could not withstand the attacks of enemy troops who showered her with various kinds of magic and finally fell.
"Grandmother!" I shade in silence.
My eyes can't hold back my tears. The road became blurry. Grandma's voice was no longer heard as if devoured by the rush of the wind around me.
A glob of balls came out of the shroud.
"Pico? What did he do?" I thought.
Then he saw me and tried to run away towards me. The female soldier was suddenly in front of me. Judging from his green tunic, he is a wind bender, so it's only natural that he can catch up with me quickly.
"Gafas!" she said.
Suddenly the wind blew my body so my feet could not tread the mountain's slopes. "Oh, I'm going to die." I thought.
For a moment, I thought about my memories with Grandma, who had lived peacefully until this sad day.
Bak!
My head hit the wood and made my vision blurry, and my head was covered in blood.
"Kiiiiii!" Roars began to sound from the top of the mountain, precisely in the middle of the forest I often visited.
The sound made the magic soot center on her. The scream came from Jervin, who was furious at the actions of the soldiers who had hurt me.
"What's this? Why am I drawn to the top?" The monologue of the woman near me.
I grabbed her leg and said, "You gonna die!"
The look of irises was etched on his smooth face. The woman quickly wanted to move down the mountain. But the Druid's wind magic power was more significant. Before I could blink, Jervin was already in front of me and had ripped the sexy woman's stomach.
"Heal!" Jervin's healing spells that to my navel.
The white captain ran fast toward Jervin, but she chokingly took Piko and me to the top of the mountain.
"Shit!" cursed the man while cutting the sapling beside him.
It took more effort to heal my wound, which was enough in the soot magic surrounding Jervin for her to heal me. She's actions were not in vain, my bleeding stopped, and my injury began to close but not completely.
"I'm grateful!" Jervin hugs me with relief.
"Grandmother?" I asked, looking at Jervin wistfully.
Jervin shook her head. My tears flowed, but my limp body couldn't wipe my ears.
The sound of the wind began to fill my ears.
Tap! Tap! Tap!
Someone's footsteps were approaching. Jervin was aware of the existence of these steps. Piko groaned, protecting me.
White hair started to stick out at the end of the steps, his left hand was holding out a red claw covered in blood, and his right hand holding the sword that had killed Grandma.
My body shuddered; he looked at me angrily.
"You won't escape!" he said.
My body was twisted in pain couldn't do anything to help them. I don't know why the royal soldiers are so eager to hunt down my family.
"Piko, take care of Hera. I will try to kill him!" Jervin whispered as he clenched his wooden fists.
The initial attack was initiated by ferocious soldiers. After I noticed the soldier was a blood bender. "Could I have guessed right about it?" I thought.
Druids are one of the tenth strongest of the ten mythological creatures of the hold. They can be found in any forest that has magical solid soot.
Jervin was cornered. Her plant control weakened because of me. I feel like I have burdened her and forced her for all this.
"Laguera!" the Vampire man's shriek made me gasp.
The blood gathered in his left hand to form a large blade and stabbed right into Jervin's heart.
"Nooo!" My roar filled the Vampire warrior's ears.
Buss!
He was quickly in front of me with his left hand pierced through Piko's stomach. My eyes lit up with fear, and a choking feeling filled my mind. His red eyes took my breath away.
"Any last words?" asked the white-haired man, who was ready to stab his hand at me.
Yep!
Piko's weak bite at him was trying to protect me, but he was instantly blown away when the Vampire wrapped his arms around him.
While flying, Piko spits a small Maron-colored ball at me. The man didn't notice the tiny crystal ball until it landed in my throat.
Group!
Bitter, hot, burning, continued to accompany the ball as it entered my body.
"DEAD!" shouted the soldier by swooping down on me.
My eyes saw the soot approaching me. I have given a helping hand.
"Please!"
All the magic soot shrouded in front of me with various beautiful colors turned dark black.
The soot billowed into the same thorn the Vampire warrior had when he attacked Grandma on the mountainside.
Gup!
Silence. His body hardened. His hands froze right in front of my eyeballs. His body set, and coals began to come out between the pores of his body.
"What happened?" I thought.
Not having time to think about the two of them lying down, I was stunned by the white-haired warrior whose body became black as magic soot that I grabbed.
Destroyed. The white hair men body became soot and disappeared.
"What's this? Where is his body?" I said, watching the Vampire vanish without a trace.
I ran towards the two of them.
"Piko, Jervin!" I embrace lamenting 3 close people I know. Grandma always cared for me, Jervin always accompanied me in the forest, and Piko was always by my side.
Their faces I can not erase in my mind as if they have been engraved clearly in my mind.
"There he is!" said one of the soldiers who came with his infantry to envelop me.
"Careful," he warned.
A captain in white with a blue tunic inspected the area and shook his head.
"What are you doing, damned girl?!" he muttered, only I could hear.
"Catch her!" my hands were tied by some female witch and put into their prison bubble.
"Goodbye!" My lament is sad.
