"Ms Phoenix!" Jo, the man who brought Phoenix to the bunker, called out to her with delight. "Looks like you brought more things to eat," Jo said. He looked at the filled basket that Phoenix had with her.
"Let me take that from you," said Jo while taking the basket from Phoenix.
Both of them walked inside the bunker.
"Phoenix! Phoenix! A little boy called for Phoenix.
"Caden," said Phoenix with a smile. She stroked the boy's head tenderly. Next to the boy was a slightly younger little girl who beamed a smile when she saw Phoenix.
"Here," from her pocket, Phoenix took out some berries and gave them to the siblings.
"Thank you!" said Caden. He took the berries from Phoenix and held his sister's hands to sit at their usual spot.
