"Have you thought of what you're going to get for them, Phoenix?" Lilian asked.
"More or less. I have some ideas," said Phoenix.
After talking with Ashton last night, she had thought of a few things that might be suitable for Ashton's grandparents and for Ashton's parents too.
"I see. That's good. But if you need some help, do tell," Lilian said.
Phoenix put down the cutlery on her hands and folded her hands on the table and looked at Lilian, "Lilian, have you met Assistant Wu's parents? Phoenix wanted to know if being nervous for the first meeting was normal for everyone.
Lilian blushed, "Yes," she said with a bashful smile.
"How was it?" Phoenix probed. Phoenix directed all her attention to Lilian and waited for Lilian's answer.
