and this broke all the self restraints janette had,she cried while ariel patted her.
After janette had calm down from the excruciating pain she felt from her mother's death.
"janette"ariel called her
"mm..."janette answered looking at ariel.
"I wouldn't want you to be all alone by yourself in that house in which you know your mother was...."she left her words hanging for janette to complete
Ariel continued "you can come stay with my mother and I till your finally settled"
janette smiled "aren't I very lucky to have a friend like you,I am so orgulous to have a friend like you but...."she said looking at ariel . Ariel twitched her eyebrows when she heard "but"
janette continued"look at me,I am 22 of age. I'm a full grown woman I need to look for something doing like taking over my mother's potato business. I wouldn't want to impose on you and your mother and I promised when I need anything I will let you know".
"you wouldn't be imposing on my mother or I,you are family,janette, My mother was just worried but since you have decided and you are not willing to change your decision I will let you be and ple...ase
let me know when something is bothering you".
"thank you ariel" janette thanked her.
"What are friends for..."Ariel smiled
"We need to get back it's almost evenfall and my mother will be very worried "ariel said. They both got up and dusted their dresses.
When ariel got to her home they wished themselves goodbye and janette continued going further when she saw backview of someone she is familiar with standing in front of her house,then she waved her hand and saw the person smile.
"Mr Morris,I didn't know you would come if not I would have come earlier.How long have you been standing here,I hope you didn't stand for too long?."
Mr Morris was a gentleman that always carried himself in a poised way,unmarried ladies all over the town have always admired him and blushed whenever he looks at them, he is the son of village magistrate,Morris, but he comes to the town for some work and sometimes to visit his father.
"I was not in town when I heard of the news. and came as soon as possible,death is so cruel it takes away our love ones.I am sorry for your loss and came to give my condolences" Mr Morris said
"Oh,thank you Mr Morris for your time"Janette said
"I have to leave,I have some work to do and anything you need at all do not hesitate to let me know "
janette nodded
Mr Morris had the intentions of letting janette know of his feelings when next he get back from work until he had the news of her mother death and decided it was not the best time.
Janette entered her house to start arranging her potatoes for the next day.....
Carlos was a very patient person but he doesn't know why it wasn't so when it came to janette and to worsen it all she lost her mother, he knew the pain.
Evans came in and said " the letter has been sent to miss janette"
Carlos curled his lips and said " Good Evans and I trust that there won't be any mistakes."
"KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK"
This woke janette up she was wondering who it will be by this time so she went to the open the door.
"Good morning ma'am,a letter has been sent to you by the Royal household" a young boy not less than 15 said
"I think you got the wrong address I do not know anyone from the royal household neither have I been acquainted with them"janette said smiling at the boy
The boy was confused because he knew that was the address "No ma'am I can't be wrong, this is the address and aren't you Miss janette, the letter is addressed to you ma'am"
Janette was also confused before she heard the young boy said "Ma'am please I have other people to deliver letter to,please would you just take this letter and sign here"The young boy said showing her where to sign
Janette felt for him and said "Sorry for keeping you waiting,I'm not with my feather and ink. do you in any case have?"
The boy searched his leather bag that had patches around them "Here ma'am,take."janette collected it from him and signed.Then the boy left.
She saw the royal stamp on the letter and she opened it,it read "LETTER TO MISS JANETTE"
