Walking beside Jay side by side yet could not help turning back several times, I picked a familiar scent that seemed to be following us as we walked.
I tapped Jay to ask if he could pick the scent but he however said he couldn't pick any scent, I was marveled and once again thought it was my wolf being erratic again or if it was a sign of trouble locking around the corner.
"I told you to call an Uber but you refused Steph, now you are scared of walking to the bus station "he said.
I had adamantly suggested that we walked to the bus stop as part of the lessons he needs to learn about our world.
"This is your first lesson Jay, endurance is a major factor to surviving in my world, you cannot understand because you have not had to endure any pain" I said.
He shook his head in denial of my statement;
"I know better than anyone what it means to endure and survive Steph, I became who I am today because of it" he said mildly.
