Rowan started laughing at the irony of what was happening in front of him.
"Well! Looks like we'll have to keep this guy!" He tossed him in the air cheerfully.
"Yup. Another addition to the family." Onyx smiled.
"The motherless trio!" Rowan put up his finger.
"We are not naming ourselves that."
TRCreader: LMAOOOOO [laughing]
Stephensolos: let me in the squad! My mom is gone too! [skull]
"DON'T ENCOURAGE THIS!" Onyx yelled at the chat. "Ugh. Anyways, what are you going to name him?"
"DB, Dear/Bear!" Rowan was seriously thinking about it.
"Thank God you weren't the one who had to name me!" Onyx sighed with relief.
What? Should I call him, The motherless?" Rowan started snickering again.
"You're so childish!" Onyx complained as he tried to hold back a laugh. "Grow up!"
"Alright, he'll be untitled for now," Rowan stood up from his squatting position.
He looked into the channel that was open beside him to see Hunter and the person who must have been Massin going at it in a fight. Massin was tall and skinny with half his body being covered up in a black kimono-like clothing. His face was hidden by a mask and bucket hat, making it nearly impossible to see. So far he seemed to only be running as Hunter attacked him with Ahi enforced fist's.
"This fight looks like it will take a while." Onyx spoke.
"Yeah. So here's the plan. We're going to run back to the waterfall, clean this boy up, get him some food, and run back to the stadium in time for our fight." Rowan explained.
"Alright. I'm just following you here captain." Onyx replied and just like that Rowan started jogging back to the waterfall.
He watched the fight as they ran and when he finally got back, he started to dip untitled into the stream. Rowan cleaned him up, making sure to get all the dirt and be careful of wounds.
TRCreader: you're kinda good at this.
"I had a cat back on earth. It was a Somali cat so it was always playing and getting dirty." Rowan explained.
He took untitled out of the stream and laid him down on his lap.
"You should heal him," Onyx watched over his shoulder.
"I don't want to use my Ahi reserve though..." Rowan whined.
"Well too bad I used too much with Hunter!"
"Do you think the sin system has an-" Rowan stopped himself in his tracks as his face sunk.
"STUPID." A voice boomed in his head. "I'm snitching."
And just like that, Talis disappeared again.
Stephensolos: .... What's a sin system?
"Y-your mom," Rowan said nervously, not being able to come up with anything else.
Stephensolos: I don't have a mom.
"Your dad then!" Rowan slapped his hand onto his thigh and closed his eyes.
He then started moving his own Ahi into untitled to help with the healing. Since untitled's body was so small, too much Ahi wasn't needed and it healed quickly.
Slowly the Tryphuji opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was Rowan's face.
"bark, purr!"
He got up and started rubbing himself all over Rowan.
Stephensolos: it probably thinks you're the mother [laughing]
'Thank God the subject changed quickly.' Rowan took a sigh of relief.
"It got its energy back quick!" He spoke as he picked him up and stood. "Hey! So, umm, your mom is dead and I have kidnapped you."
"DUMBASS!" Onyx yelled as he slapped Rowan across the head with his tail.
Rowan whined for some time before he put the untitled back in his hood and started running back. Along the way, they picked up some berries to feed to Untitled and Rowan used the energy packets for himself. When they finally reached the doors they came out of, Rowan stood there confused.
"Don't tell me you forgot the key." Onyx rolled his eyes in an annoyed tone.
Rowan just looked away, sweating with a blank face.
"No I didn't."
"LIAR!"
TRCreader: Dumbass forgot his key [skull]
"DUMBASS YOU FORGOT YOUR KEY!?" The same voice boomed in Rowan's head again.
'Bro send help,' Rowan replied to Talis in his thoughts.
"*sigh* it's fuck up after fuck up for you today. wait, I'll tell Vyen."
He disappeared and a few seconds later Rowan and onyx heard a voice.
"Psst, hey!"
The voice was suddenly coming from the shadows in the corner of the big door.
"...Lie?" Rowan asked as he walked closer to the shadow. "Is that yo- AHHHHHHH!"
Before He could even finish his sentence Lie snatched him up and in a matter of seconds threw him into the headmaster's room. Rowan was hoping to come into contact with Vyen as they would understand each other but instead, it was the person he dreaded the most.
"Heyyyy Felix!" He tried to give a nice smile.
"Heh, you're fucked." Onyx said Into Rowan's ear.
"Listen it was an ac-"
"Accident my ass!" Felix cut Rowan off. "What did you not understand when Vyen explained the conditions to you! You'll be DEAD if this gets out. We'll all have a target on our back!"
"I'm sorry!" Rowan pleaded clasping his hand together. "On God it won't happen again!"
"Nah, nah, nah! I don't trust you. we're gonna make a contract." Felix spoke, pulling up Rowan's profile. "If you say 'sin system' Ever again while being streamed, you will feel the pain of a thousand sword piercing!"
"A THOUSAND!??" Rowan asked.
"A THOUSAND!" Felix replied.
"Dang he can't even make it a hundred?" Onyx asked from Rowan's shoulder as he signed the contract.
"If I'm so dangerous then why are you guys making an effort for me anyway?" Rowan asked.
"Probably because this system can never be eradicated." Felix answered with a sigh. "Other than that, I don't know. I'm just following my leader."
'So this is Vyen's doing.' Rowan thought. 'Was there somebody he knew before me?'
"Anyway we're done here. Put that thing in the Familiar room and get ready for your fight." Felix spoke, looking back down at the papers he was signing.
"I have a name." Onyx said, ticked off but trying to keep his temper.
"what abo-"
The shadow under him opened up again, swallowing him before he could finish his sentence. Felix watched as Rowan flew down with a scream.
'Ugh...at this point might as well get ready for battle.' He thought.
