Felix stood frozen in the same spot that the man had left him standing, even when the doctor began to do some things in order to attempt reviving him, it was too late. Felix stood there looking at a man that had been so brave and courageous but only to wound up dying for a person that he barely even knew more than a few sentences, the irony of the situation was about to make him cry because Felix wouldn't have given his life up for anybody like the way the doorman had done, this was the kind of act that warranted a medal of honor.
"Do you know any of his family members or next of kin?" the doctor asked Felix and it was then he realized that he had been zoned out ever since.
"Yeah, I want to go and tell her the news as soon as I leave" Felix managed to say and the doctor looked at him with sorrowful eyes.
