The Syndicate was formed by a rich Chinese businessman called Zatochi Wong, he became rich in China because he was involved in some illegal money laundering schemes that man him become the most wanted man in his country, he hid his billions and he flew to America so that he could escape the heat in his country since the police were getting too nosy around his business, he came to America as a broke Chinese man but he worked his way up the ranks and with his years of experience in the industry; Zatochi was able to become richer than when he even was in his country.
