"K-Kristyn?"
Fallon checked the caller id just to confirm that she wasn't losing her mind. But no matter how many times she checked, it remained the same.
Thick clouds blotted out the stars and the night was pitch. In the end, there was no snowstorm just intense cold. Funny enough, this was a haven for frost witches and ice fairies. Snow spirits too. These spirits are popularly referred to as the Yuki-onna.
"Will you do it?"
"I'd love to but... is it really okay... You're not still mad at me for..."
The stuttering continued. Fallon just couldn't piece the right words together. She'd never expected Kristyn to call her.
"It's fine Fallon. I really want you to be there."
Kristyn was quite convincing with her reply and she and Fallon chatted for a while.
