Chantria strode into the receiving hall, her robes swishing around her ankles. She was bare footed, dressed in a long, elegant silver dress that Gemi had especially picked out.
The dress shimmered in the lighting of the hall, perfectly clinging to Chantria's form like it was just another skin and it truly felt like it was.
Gemi had also brushed Chantria's hair and pulled it up into a messy bun, leaving some strands to frame her face and give a delicate and soft appearance.
Chantria's neck was bare of any jewellery, Gemi had told Chantria that she had never favored wearing neck ornaments, but there was a small ornament tucked into Chantria's hair and an ear cuff around both her ears.
The ear cuffs had pointy tips at the top that reminded Chantria of elves. Chantria was not certain why it looked that way, but strange as the jewellery was, it was beautiful to sight and even more beautiful when Chantria saw it on herself.
