Chapter 21 - Chapter 10.2 "One Fine Day"

Ryan’s POV

Before, I hated the fact that women grow hair in armpits. But now, I was thankful that it is the case. Because if not, I wouldn’t find an excuse to say to my parents on why Slyvester has forest hiding in his armpits.

After Slyvester greeted my parents and showed them his hair armpits, the five of us sat on the couch.

My mind went blank, tired of worrying whether my parents will find out that these men beside me aren’t actually women. Although Kyle and Slyvester are good looking men, whoever will see them will agree that they still look like men, even if I let them wear chokers around their necks so they can hide their Adam’s apple.

‘But there are women out there who looks masculine? Right? I saw some in cosplaying world,’ I tried to cheer myself using this beliefs.

Gulping my nervousness which has no sign of subsiding, I smiled at my parents and greeted them. “H-How are you, m-mom and dad?”

My hands are sweating so hard. So I placed them on my lap and wiped the sweat on my pants.

‘Geez. I feel like peeing with clothes on.’

Instead of answering my greetings, mom and dad observed around the place. My heart seemed dropped as soon as their eyes went to Kyle and Slyvester.

Kim is wearing pink shirt and hello kitty pajamas. His wig is long black hair. Actually, he looks so pretty like a real girl, as long as he won’t stand up. His height is no joke.

On the other side, Slyvester is… the worst. If only I am not nervous right now, I might have laughed at his appearance. It is because Slyvester has a very manly face compare to Kyle. His features are sharp.

Imagine a manly guy wearing these a purple t-shirt and yellow pajamas. Then his wig is bob cut dark brown hair. His make up too is very excessive, I thought he’s an entertainer in comedy show. But even if his appearance is weird, at least he excels in changing his voice and he’s not nervous at all; unlike Kyle who doesn’t know if he’ll sit with his cross legs or with his usual posture as a guy.

“Nice to meet you again,” Slyvester broke the silence. He smiled at my parents and continued with his thin voice, “I apologize for my mistake before. I forgot to wax my little forest here.” He laughed elegantly, covering his mouth.

‘Little? He said little? Geez. I need to prevent myself from laughing.’

“Is he a woman or a gay?” I heard mom whispered to dad.

“Oh my god, honey,” dad replied. “They are women. It just that women nowadays wear too much make up that they end up looking like that.”

‘Okay. Thank goodness Slyvester has thick make up.’

Mom looked at the two and gave her greetings.

“Hello to the both of you. We’re so glad that Ryan’s board-mates are girls.”

Kyle and Slyvester simply glance at each other. Then they both faked thin laughs in unison.

“Hohohohoho~”

Then, I butted in. “But mom, you suddenly visited. I hope next time, if you’ll visit, you’ll tell me in advance.”

“Your mom and I went somewhere near here,” dad replied. “So we suddenly thought of visiting you because we also miss our baby.”

‘Gosh. I thought there won’t be a time for them to visit me because my boarding house is so far from my home. Guess, I calculated it wrong.’

I smiled at them and responded, “Oh, you are so sweet.” Glancing at my empty wrists, I said, “Oh look at the time! I think mom and dad should go now. You can’t stay late in the road.”

“Are you asking us to leave right away?” Mom sulked.

“No! D-Definitely no!” I stuttered. “You’re pretty daughter is just worried and…”

“What is you name?” Mom suddenly cut my words and turned to Kyle.

Kyle flinched, turning pale. He glanced at me, as if asking for help, before he opened his heart-shaped lips.

“My name is… Kyle… Kylie. Yes. That’s my name,” he answered.

Slyvester butted in, presenting his name. “And my name is Princess Slyvia Patricia Angel Baby,” he said.

‘Princess what? Did he prepared this long name in advance?’

“But you we call her Slyvia,” I said while eyeing Slyvester to shut his mouth for a moment.

Slyvester nodded his head. I don’t know if he understand why I said, but he shut his lips so maybe he did.

“These two are your board-mates?” asked dad.

“They are actually five,” I answered. “However, the other three are so busy so they rarely stay in the house.”

“I bet the other three are beautiful two, like Slyvia and Kylie,” mom said.

Beautiful? Who? Terban, Chaylen and Vincent?

Just imagining them in women’s attire gave me chills.

“Anyway, you should learn how to doll up yourself, like these two,” mom nagged. “How will you get a boyfriend if you don’t doll yourself?”

I sighed in relief because of my mom’s nag. ‘She’s saying this because she’s convinced that these two are women, right?’

“Even if she’s not as stylish as other, as a man, I think she’s pretty enought,” said Slyvester that made my heart stopped.

I, Kyle and my parents looked at him after we noticed some mistakes in his words.

“I mean…!” Slyvester shouted upon realizing his mistake. “I think, if I am a guy, Ryan will look cute into my eyes. That’s what I mean when I said that. Because I am a girl and… if a girl recognized another girl’s beauty then, you know… right. I’m babbling so much. Ho-ho-ho. To make it short, she’s damn pret… SHE’S PRETTY. Sorry for my words.”

Mom and dad chuckled awkwardly. Then I, Kyle and Slyvester took deep breath before looking at each other.

‘I thought we were caught! This b*stard couldn’t take a hint!’

‘Anyway. He complimented me so I should feel happy.’

“Okay, dear. I know you all are busy studying. And you need sleep too. So we have to go,” Mom bid.

Alas! Eureka!

“Sorry, we didn’t had the time to prepare foods for you,” Kyle apologized.

“That’s okay,” said dad. “We didn’t plan on staying for any longer. Ahhh, I put some fruits in the kitchen. Don’t forget to eat those, kids.”

“Yes, dad. Thank you,” I responded, smiling so widely. “Take care on your way h-”

“I’m home!”

My heart beats faster as we all tended our gazes towards the man who entered the boarding house.

“Oh? Who are they? What’s happening?” Chaylen asked.

‘How did I not consider the possibility that Chaylen and Terban could come home while my parents are here?! Damn it!’
