Lilith murmured before walking out:
"Excuse me."
Cillian's eyes flashed with anger and said:
"You don't get to do this. You don't get to act like us not having a relationship has any impact on you when this is all your fault."
What angers him with Lilith is that she acts hurt, like she doesn't deserve his cold shoulder. She was an adult while he was a child, yet he made more effort than her.
Now all of a sudden she wants them to be close like the way they were before, it doesn't work like that.
Lilith stopped and looked at Cillian. She thought that she would feel better hearing Cillian say more than two words to her, but she was wrong. She swallowed and looked down.
It only infuriated Cillian more, his eyes darkened.
"I'm not going to feel sorry for you, you don't deserve it. Do you know that uncle Cedro and Lex always call to check on me? I don't even have to go to them for help."
