Malachi's soft snores sounded and the sweet scent of roses hit Lilianna's nostrils. Lilianna lifted her finger however Yudia meowed. In the blink of an eye Malachi lay in a comfortable position on the bed. A blanket warming him up. "Oh! Thank you, Yudia. I was so tired." Lilianna said then looked at Malachi. "He must be really tired..." She thought and reached out to touch his hair. However she shook her head and retracted it. "Hey, Yudia. I need to go somewhere quickly. Protect him while I'm gone yeah?" She said. Yudia just meowed in response.
Lilianna asked around for the location of King Marion. "Lilianna!" King Marion's voice sounded wen he spotted her; "What brings you here? And where is Malachi? Are you lost" Lilianna shook her head. "I'm not lost. I just came to ask you about something." She said; "And Malachi is sleeping right now."
"Oh." King Marion said' "What could I help you with." Lilianna fidgeted a bit with fingers. "Well... I was wondering... If while you were gone Malachi and I could move somewhere away from the palace." She said; "So you know... We can be a little more alone and have no one bothering us." King Marion raised his eyebrows. "What for?" he asked. "Well you see-" She said. "Wait I know!" King Marion cut Lilianna off: "You want some privacy to deepen your romance and consummate." King Marion wiggled his eyes. "What! No!" Lilianna immediately denied. "Well some privacy to deepen our relationship would be nice..." King Marion chuckled. "Don't worry my child. You have my permission but do remember that there will be a lot of work while I'm away. Please, help Malachi with taking care of the Military and social affairs of this country." He said and Lilianna nodded. "No problem and say hi to my father for me." King Marion nodded and walked away but then stopped in her tracks. "Oh yeah. Rianna handles the social and military affairs of the east so don't get involved with that side. Also maybe be let Malachi take care of the social affairs if you dont feel like socializing." He said. Lilianna smiled. "Okay." She replied; "Now time to get some food."
"Yudia!" Lilianna called out while holding a tray of food . "I brought food!" At the sound of food Yudia's perked. Lilianna placed the tray of food on the table. "Could cast you a spell to keep it warm and clean. Eat some too to replenish energy. But get enough sleep. We'll go somewhere today or tomorrow, kay?" She said and walked towards the bed.
Lilianna plopped down immediately too tired to care that she was laying close too Malachi. Yudia's eyes were on the food however he lay down between the two first and gathered his manna. Lilianna sensed his magic aura increasing and slightly groaned. "Yudia, please no purifying. I am too tired plus you have fire energy." She said. Cool. To her surprise Lilianna felt cooler like she was being plunged in water. The muscles made her muscles relax and healed all the magical and spiritual damage Malachi's carnation has caused. Slowly her eyes closed and she snored softly.
Yudia went to the couch near the food. His fur shrunk and his body changed. He grew taller, his became hands and feet. He turned human. His eyes were cat like and his irises seemed to be a mix of fire and ice. His black hair seemed soft and silky with blue and red strands. He plopped down having no energy. "Damn that carnation caused a lot of damage. That princess was really hurt by it. Hopefully I don't have too much energy again." He sighed and picked up a cake from the plate. He looked at it. "Well at least I won't be hungry anymore nor do I have to deal with the complicated society of humans to get food. Guess it's a good deal." He bit into the cake. His eyes widened. It was as if flavors exploded in his mouth. "Definitely a good deal. I haven't eaten food like this since I left Yauria clan."
Suddenly Yudia's eyes slightly glowed blue. A hundred ice crystals formed in front of Melody. "I don't care who you are, but get. out." Yudia said while munching on his cake. Melody rose her eyebrows. "Melody, the name's Melody." She said and touched an ice crystal to clear a path for her. "Just so you know you sound funny speaking with food in your mouth." Yudia's expression darkened. "Out." He said and again ice crystals surrounded Melody. Melody rolled her eyes. "Seriously? Look Yauria. If you want to kick me out you'll have to preform much better. This." She said and glanced at the ice. It shattered instantly. "Is nothing but child's play. Your only a decade millenium yauria." Melody continued then looked to Lilianna. Melody sighed. "So she's asleep. I wasted my energy on nothing then. And I had to deal with a stupid yauria." She said.
"My name's Yudia." Yudia said. Melody shrugged and went over to Yudia. "Yudia. Yauria. So similar. It's basically the same." Melody said and grabbed a cake from the table. Yudia seized her hand. "Mine." He said. Melody looked up at him in confusion. "I'm not yours." She said. "I meant the cake." Yudia said; "Who in their right mind would want you to be theirs. Give me my food."
They bickered for a long time about the cake. "I am your master's friend. You should treat me respectfully." Melody said. She tried to remove his hand. He didn't budge. "Dude. Let go it's just one cake." She said. "No." He said "Not until you put it back." Melody shook her head. "I won't." She freed herself and quickly moved the cake to her mouth. However Melody was stunned to feel Yudia's lips on hers. In a flash Yudia bit the cake. Melody pushed him off her. Yudia just sat back on the couch enjoying his food. "Melody blinked. "Did you just...?" She mumbled. "You apologize and kowtow to me right now!" She yelled at him. Yudia looked at her munching on his cake. Melody scowled. "Right now or I'll temporarily strip you of your powers then torture and heal you until I'm satisfied. You stupid Yauria."
Little did the two know that the masters of the room had been awakened by their noise.
